The wrong size was ordered & is useless since it won’t fit my husband. Trying to get a replacement has been a hassle. I definitely won’t order again from this company.

Worst company ever
Bought two memorial slates that after three months the pictures start peeling on them. Customer service were no help and said there is nothing they could do but refund me €7 😡😡. Would never ever buy of them ever again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The pillow I ordered was absolutely beautiful. My daughter’s fur baby passed about 2 weeks ago, and this pillow touched her heart and mine! The only thing that I was kind of disappointed in was the insert. It wasn’t as full as I thought it would be. Still would give you 5 stars… the pillow and the picture of her beautiful fur baby was amazing!!!! Great work .

Love the product and the fact that the pillow was decorated on both sides! Very colorful!! My grandson loves it already!! It was nice to get notices when product was sent out, on it way and checking to make sure it arrived.

Once again poor customer service
Once again, I am very disappointed in the customer service at Famvibe. I finally got my order on March 5,2025, but two of the three pillows were incomplete. My granddaughters' names are missing from two pillows. This matters because why should I pay to get it personalized specifically with their names, and their names are missing under their picture. I have waited 2 months for incorrect products. The original order was placed on January 5, 2025. And unfortunately, I assume your company policy, once again, does not include any compensation for my total inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

I love the product! My friend who received it raved about it. It was her birthday present. The only problem was the length of time for delivery. USPS! It took almost 2 weeks.
