I was disappointed that the airline cancelled by initial booking 26671 after confirming one leg of the trip and rendering my fee not refundable. However, your agent Dustin Henderson was very helpful on the phone and succeeded securing another satisfactory booking, albeit significantly more expensive. I give my five star rating to the agent.

In such a case, the total ticket amount of $1226.40 will be non-refundable. Additionally, if the dispute is determined to be invalid or unresolved, the disputed amount may be charged back to you, and any associated eCredits linked to this booking will be cancelled. We strongly recommend that you contact us promptly to avoid any disruption to your travel plans. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely, Customer Support Team ----------------------------------------------------------- They accessed my aa.com account using my booking code, changed all of my personal information, my email address and canceled my flight. Because I got money back that they overcharged me fraudulently. They said it taxes, but there was another $200 already charged to my card for taxes on top of my flights. I am suing!

Pete was helpful but this company is a scam. Maddie said I would get a credit for my fist fight that I was charged for and the departure flight was not available. I never got the credit. I then need to cancel the return flight because my mom got hospitalized and Pete sent me a 29 dollar Delta credit. Im out 250 dollars. This is a horrible company and should be shut down

Amy showed calmness, confidence, and compassion for a customer like myself that became extremely angry with the purchase of my tickets. I want to express my appreciation and apologize to Ms/Mrs Amy Shelton. She helps me to get to my destination and return without missing a beat and still stay calm during my anger and distress. Short version... This company is a total scam. Do not book anything with them. Long version below. I bought three different sets of tickets, so that my wife and I could go visit my mom (at different times) and then we would all three fly back together on one, and my mom would then return to her home two weeks later. I found some great prices for Delta Tickets, because I have a delta air credit card and am allowed to carry one suitcase free. Faredaddy then informed me that the three separate flights were booked but the flight that we were all flying on together was not available. (My mom is a senior and only agreed to fly if I flew with her). So I told fare daddy if I can't have the total package like I booked I don't want any of it. They claimed my individual flights were locked in and I would have to pay for those, but they would find a different airline for the other flights. (Which were much more expensive with terrible layovers, absolutely not acceptable for my senior citizen mom.) Anyway, Long story short, I cancelled my credit card fearing they would actually bill me for half of the flights that I booked and ended up being directly from Delta, which I will do in the first place next time.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! PRICES ARE ACTUALLY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRUE. I was never given a ticket. When I called the number told that seats were no longer available, even though I could see them on the airline website. Tried to charge me an addtional $470 on top of $145 for a one-way flight I could drive 5 hours.
