FFWD Wheels USA

exceptional customer service

This is my 5th FFWD Wheel

This is my 5th FFWD Wheel, and I am very happy with it, now the acceleration of my TT bike is impressive, and once I get my maximum speed, I can keep it with minimum effort.

Incredible order experience

Incredible order experience, John was extremely helpful and went beyond when assisting me. The wheels were shipped same day as ordered and delivered quickly. Very satisfied with the product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommending FFWD Wheels.

Awesome

Purchase process was easy and the wheels are amazing!!

Thx so much

Thx so much, order and tech support were very helpful. Ready to go fast, turn left, add watts.

These wheels are as good as the best there is!

Delivery to Southern California was incredibly fast. The Ryot 33s paired with DT-Swiss 240 hubs ride just as well, if not better than, my Zipps and Reynolds All this from a pretty appreciative and arguably somewhat mechanically inclined "senor rider." My Look 765 paired very well with the Ryots. Please keep up the great work and reasonable prices! Jonathan

Amazing

Buying process was thorough and very quick. Love the packaging of the wheel and the over process.

Great Wheels and Customer Service

Extremely helpful customer service and great wheels. They were very responsive to my questions and helped me correct a mistake I had made on my order within minutes. I purchased the RYOT 55 240’s and the wheels feel amazing. Great build quality and they ride really nice.

Wow!

Fast shipping, excellent packaging and the fit and finish of the wheels are top notch.

I purchased the Ryot33 DT240 EXP

I purchased the Ryot33 DT240 EXP. Had to wait a couple weeks due to back order (but I knew that when I bought them). Awesome wheels. High quality. I’ve owned two sets of DT Swiss, so I picked these wheels due to the hubs and the wheelset was cheaper than that brand. The wheelset travel bag was a nice touch.

Effortless ordering, top-tier quality

The ordering process was straightforward, and exactly what I wanted was available. I've been using FFDW Wheels for a while now and am very satisfied with both the quality and the cost.

Phenomenal wheels at a fantastic price!

Phenomenal wheels at a fantastic price! This was my first set of carbon wheels and the FFWD website and customer service is top notch. There is a vast amount of information for each product to allow for comparisons. Build quality is fantastic and look amazing! The wheels literally arrived the following business day! I would like to specifically recognize Jon who went out of his way to answer all of my questions and gave me great advice based on his experience riding the RYOT 55 which is the size I purchased. Jon immediately responded to my original inquiry even though it was not during normal business hours. I am extremely pleased with my wheels and the entire experience was terrific. I highly recommend FFWD for your wheelset needs!

Perfect!!

Tremendous and fast service. Very easy to use website; very informative and intuitive. Incredible wheels at a great price.

technical advice/consult was quick and helpful. allowed to purchase at their store since i'm local. would definitely like to purchase again, should a wider internal width rim become available. Oh, and i'm very happy with the wheelset. freehub is quiet and smooth. wheels are true and beautifully finished. definite quality wheelset.

A beautiful RAW 55 gloss wheelset

A beautiful RAW 55 gloss wheelset, it looks even better in person. Came in padded carrying bag inside the box and in about 4 days after placing the order around Christmas time. I will be using it on a custom built. Once I put 500 miles on these wheels, I will be happy to write a review...

Satisfied customer

Seamless communication lines. Live chat helped me select the best fitting wheel for my application and riding style. Shipment arrived faster than expected. Wheels were professionally packaged with a lot of padding. Will purchase another wheelset for future cycles.

Great communication

Great communication. Good shipping. So far a great product

The Wheels exceeded my expectations!

The Wheels exceeded my expectations!! I'm so happy with the quality, and they are not the new Hookless. I'm delighted that clincher rims are still available when many companies focus on hookless!
