Horrible! First off we booked our flight and got ticketed only to be told that there were no returned flights. Secondly, we had to book a flight to Orlando and Drive an hour and a half to Tampa. And to put the icing on the cane. The person that booked our flight didn’t do our checked baggage and we had to pay going and coming which was like booking a separate ticket. This was the worse flight I’ve ever had. Not a happy traveler.

Pasco and Addy were helpful and was careful with my time and booking my flight and I appreciated they help..
The help was great. Had so much trouble traveling home with flight. Was stuck in airport for two days. Customer service called and said nothing was wrong with our flight home, and they were so wrong. Couldnt get ahold of anyone, and American Airline staff were horrible. Are next rip were will just drive.
