Decent forward parcel service
Their shipping methods tend to lean towards the more expensive services so if you are not willing to pay for expensive shipping I suggest look elsewhere. Customer service response is quite decent although it can still be Improve further. Overall their service offer isn't bad and can certainly be used again.

The package arrived in a timely manner, nothing wrong at all. My first time using fowardbuy to order something on Shopee and it went very well. Shipping will be high but it's worth it for something that you can't ship to the USA from the actual website. No regrets.

Decided to use this website to ship Sesame Street CDs from Singapore to Malaysia. The process was fast and smooth and customer support was polite and responsive. They were nice enough to arrange shipping my package with Qxpress so I can save a bit of money. The package was neat and wasn't at all damaged. The only con is that the shipping cost is expensive. If they were to reduce the cost and offer other couriers, then this would be the best shipping service out there. Am I satisfied? Yes. Am I going to use it a second time? Maybe, when I have enough money.

I was a bit skeptical, as I had never used a similar service before. ForwardBuy made the whole process look like magic. While the shipping took a long while (which was to be expected and not their fault) the service was quick and easy. For a small fee, they'll even take a photo of your goods before shipping them to you. Repackaging was even free.
