The best in the game for real ! This is my third time with Forwardbuy, first two were sent from Singapore to India and the recent one from US to India. As always reasonable rates, quick response and service by the team to queries and decent delivery. In all Forwardbuy is the best and I am going to continue using your service for long. Purchased an item with their shop for… Watches

Purchased an item with their shop for me off of a website called carousell where the seller would only sell the titanium watch band i needed to locals in Singapore but not to Canada where i am. Went very smoothly and they only charged peanuts, a fraction of what other services do! Very pleased with there service fast shipping.

Easy company to deal with and great service

I saw a beautiful dress on Hm that I loved however when I went to check out I saw I was on the Singapore website and they couldn’t ship to the us . It was not available in the Us. Forward buy took care of ordering it for me and then shipped it to me . Shipping was a bit pricey . I do wish they offered cheaper boat shipping options but they shipped it via FedEx . From when it left Singapore I got it in 2-3 days . Shipping was just $45 which is a lot but they are legitimate and very easy to work with . I recommend

Easy and Fast Delivery and Great Customer Service

Used this service for the first time to buy a custom box set only available on Shopee and the order came from their Singapore warehouse to United States within 3 days. They made the purchase within 15 minutes of me submitting my form. I then found out that my box set didn't include the specific items I requested the purchasing agent to buy so I sent a complaint and they responded in an hour and investigated my situation promptly. I received an apology for the mishap and was given a discount coupon for my next order and they even offered to purchase and send the correct items I didn't receive and absorbed all the costs, although it took about a week to reach me this time. tl;dr Very fast service, had a mishap with my order but it was resolved very quickly by forwardbuy so I would recommend this service!!

No problems with the service. It was easy to use and customer service response was friendly and prompt. I had to message them to check on my parcel's status and tracking number error. But the response was fast and the issues resolved so I am happy. I'd recommend this service.

Not impressed…

Not impressed at all. Twice I tried to purchase from them. The first time I was refunded within 24hrs. I emailed for more information and got no response… The second time it took over a week to receive any form of communication. Which was another refund citing no services for a month due to the pandemic. Wish I could have heard back from them sooner so the item I was hoping for didn’t sell out. Disappointed and would not recommend.
