I’m usually skeptical of instant-funding and revolving credit-line companies, especially the broker-heavy ones that seem to operate out of New York. But Fundbox feels different. They have figured out how to scale a revolving line of credit in a way that actually works for small businesses. You can get a funding request approved in less time than it takes to kick the newspaper out of your doorway on the way to the bank. Meanwhile, the neighborhood bank has only become slower, more complicated, and less useful. I do not casually allow anyone to connect to my bank account, but I allowed Fundbox to do it. Within two minutes, I had an approval and a credit line. The process was surprisingly easy, and it made sense: they are looking at how you actually manage your account. The only issue came from my side. I accidentally entered my wire routing number instead of the ACH routing number Fundbox needed. That delayed funding for a few days while we figured out the cause. During that time, the email support team was present, but slower than I would have liked. It took a couple of days to get fairly simple answers, and I ended up doing the research myself. Ideally, support would have identified the issue earlier and communicated it more directly. That said, my confidence in their support rose dramatically when I spoke with TK. He was completely on top of it. He identified the issue, helped fix it, had me log back in, and I was good to go. I would have loved that five-minute cycle a few days earlier, but hats off to TK. Overall, Fundbox is an excellent financial technology product whose time has come. It will help a lot of small businesses that need fast, practical working capital without the painful friction of traditional banking. Whoever founded this company should be proud of what they have built.

Fundbox is a flexible LOC that allows me to very quickly access funds from small amounts to larger short term capital. I can borrow as little as I need with weekly payback that can be scheduled for 12 or 24 weeks. Loans can be paid back sooner than the scheduled pay schedule saving fees.

Based on our commercial lending experience with Fundbox, we strongly recommend that you do not enter a finance agreement with them. Currently in dispute for 3 weeks with no resolution - despite all fault residing with Stripe Capital and Fundbox. Fundbox has engaged in unconscionable lending practices, has still not presented a loan agreement for execution despite releasing funds and then deducting up to 50% deduction basis which is an unfounded penalty.
I was able to resolve an important task and the representative TK was very effective in resolving the issue . He was patient and very efficient with the requirements for updating my account. Thank you so much TK for making the process easy
