The transparency in the investments is…

The transparency in the investments is great. The explanation of the strategies they use makes me confident in the investments. The exposure to investments I normally wouldn't be able to afford is great. The app is clean and informative, but I would like more in depth charts. The periodic updates is helpful.

Experience a different type of platform

I learned about Fundrise through a newsletter called MarketBriefs. I was interested in investing in REITS and this gave me a pathway. What I also learned after I signed up was that Fundrise also lets you invest in Private Credit and Venture Capital. I find Fundrise to be ethical, genuine and transparent with their client investors. They are always keeping investors informed of upcoming opportunities and their website is very easy to use and begin your long-term investment. Fundrise had certainly opened the door to investments that were only available to institutional and seasoned investors.

Poor communication

Honestly they don't tell you the whole story , plus last ipo They gave us one hour and notification by email , by the time I read it all the shares were sold, I could have made a killing! So I'm stuck with shares I can't sell for 6 months This ipo, can we sell them ? Can we buy more at the last minute like with VCX ?

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been investing with Fundrise for about a year and have had a very positive experience. I appreciate the ability to invest in both real estate and private market opportunities through a simple, user-friendly platform. The investment process is straightforward, the reporting is easy to understand, and the platform makes it possible to diversify beyond traditional stocks and bonds. I especially value being able to build long-term wealth through real estate without the responsibilities that come with owning and managing properties directly. So far, Fundrise has been a great addition to my overall investment strategy, and I look forward to continuing to invest with them for years to come.

complaint against FUNDRISE

I am filing a formal complaint against Fundrise regarding the delay and lack of resolution in processing my request for full redemption/liquidation of my investment. I initially submitted a redemption request in August of last year. At that time, I was informed that such requests are processed at the end of a quarter, and I would need to wait. When I followed up, I was then told the delay was due to a merger, and that I would need to wait further and resubmit my request after the process was complete. Since then, I have made multiple attempts—via phone calls and emails—to recover my funds. Each time, I have received the same explanation citing the merger, with no clear timeline or resolution provided. It is now April, well beyond another quarter, and I still have not received my funds. Today, when I attempted to submit another redemption request, I was met with a message stating that I have no shareholdings available for redemption. This is both confusing and concerning, as my investment of approximately $500 (made in 2018, with minimal returns) appears to be unaccounted for. This situation has been extremely frustrating due to the prolonged delays, lack of transparency, and now the apparent disappearance of my redeemable shares. I am requesting immediate clarification regarding the status of my investment and that my funds be released without further delay. If there are any issues affecting my account or shareholdings, I expect a clear and prompt explanation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Locked up my money + horrible returns

They've had my money locked up in a merger for almost a year now. On top of that, returns have been awful for the last 5 years. I've barely made a penny while public markets have soared. Be aware that their returns are very uneven and they may lock up your money for extended periods of time.

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY OUT

First, you cannot take your money out of Fundrise for 5 years. Then, when you want to, I contacted them in January, 2026, and I could NOT get a distribution until the end of April 2026. Now I find out that if any of your money is invested in a part that is going through a merger, you cannot get it until the merger is done. THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE YOUR OWN MONEY. DON'T INVEST WITH THEM.
