If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered a dog bed and some other items in April - the bed took a few weeks to arrive - it was terrible quality - flat and flimsy and not at all how the pictures appear. This was especially frustrating as I had ordered for my elderly dog who was recovering from surgery. The other items have never arrived, three months and counting and the company have ceased to reply. Avoid at all costs, do not buy anything from this company.
I purchased a cover on 5/29/26. I am not able to look up the order number on their website to check status. I have emailed them a couple of times on July 3,2026 and today 7/10/26 and have received no response. Looks like my experience is the same as everyone else. I placed my order on 6/11 and as of today there is no change in shipping. I emailed asking for information and haven't heard back. I emailed again once I started seeing some inconsistencies in what they were communicating about shipping and hours they are available and on and on and now I'm demanding my order be canceled since no movement on shipping has occurred yet. Terrible customer service and terrible way to operate.

Absolutely shocking company, have ordered about 2 months ago with minimal replies as to order updates. I have emailed over 10 times with no response after the first 2 replies. The company then said my item had been shipped with an Australia post tracking id, however this has been pending for 2 weeks with no updates. Disgraceful and just rorting people out of their money. Absolutely horrible experience! Made my order on the 28th of May. Followed up on the 15th June & 25th of June and have received no communication. Got a tracking number but when i go into it it says 'order pending'. Had absolutely no actual response or support from customer service. Considering contacting my bank to get my money back based on the absolute disaster of customer service from FunnyFuzzy. Definitely do not purchase from here.
Placed my order over a year ago. I followed up many times by email, got response for the first one with apologize about the delay. Other emails were left unanswered. I asked my money to be refunded and tried to cancel the order since I bought the needed item from elsewhere. Now after over a year they sent me shipping info, however the tracking number doesnt work. I sent them yet another email informing that I have moved so I hope they won’t deliver the item to my old address… also tried to ask refund for my money but I doubt I will ever see my money or the item I ordered… :(
1st order went well then down hill for the 2nd. we order a dog bed repalcemnt in April and paid for it, months went past and after several email we recieved a respnse saying it was being dispatched. Another month no delivery, eventually last weekn the claimed it had been sent bit when I checked it they were sending it to Holland not the UK (remember I am an existing customer with an account). So I explined and they said it was may fault becuse on the email confirmation iy had the dispatch address, actually there was no emai. I have tried to explain but they refuce to help. Yesterday they sent a mail saying the bed would be dispatched ! Another made up story. In conclusion I ahve paid and chased them since April and they actuall have no sent the bed out (to any address). Company is a mess, customer service none existant, they are a middle man with no stop so you shoudl avoid doing busness with them
Unfortunately, it has been a month and I've not received the product nor any word from Customer service. I've sent three emails, and their reply is it is outside or their business hours, which state 7 am to 9 pm EST. I've emailed between noon - 4 pm EST each time. I have no tracking number, no communication from the company. I am going to my bank and filing a report that this company is fraudulent and a scam. I plan on filing a claim with the BBB as well.

I have ordered a car seat for my dog and there is no update of my order since it was confirmed on 31 May. I have emailed to their customer service email, asking for an update of my order and never had a reply. It’s totally unacceptable. I need the car seat for travelling with my car and did not expect to wait for more than a month and did not even receive an update. The product took 8 weeks to arrive. No updates in between. No replies to emails. The quality of the product is actually quite good. Perhaps they’ll spend some money on customer service at some point.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a SCAM. Terrible service and communication. I'll try to keep it short, since the rest of the reviews say it enough..... Ordered my items on March 15th, 2026. It said to download app and tracking info would be in the app. Link didn't work. Emailed them for the tracking info, link didn't work Downloaded the app..showed nothing. Emailed them...they said it was in transit, again & AGAIN. In transit for FOUR MONTHS? I have an email chain with 15 emails going back and forth regarding my order. Takes weeks to respond. Now, on July 7th, still no tracking or product, so I started a dispute with my credit card. They reached out via email asking me to kindly close my dispute and that my items are in customs. I literally ordered two (pet) couch covers, totaling $199.03. I submitted the entire email chain of me repeatedly reaching out asking where my order was. I also documented all of the information and uploaded the files, including the email today, to my dispute. Also, Customs and Border Protection generally have a decision made within DAYS. I will check trustpilot from now on before buying anything online. I had no idea it was from Hong Kong. If I can't find it on this website, I will look on others.
If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COST. I ordered 2 rugs. They emailed me to say one was out of stock and asked me what I would like to do. I replied saying to cancel and refund the entire order. I received no response. 8 days later I received a notification saying that the other item has been dispatched. I emailed again saying I asked for it to be cancelled so why did they dispatch it?! Again no response for a few days. Since then, it’s been a back and forth waste of time, them taking a few days to respond each time with delaying tactics, like asking me to send pictures of the items etc. Now they’re insisting I pay the cost for the returns of the rug which I had asked to be cancelled. They said they didn’t get to the email in time!! I ordered the items on 30/5 and it’s 8/7 now and the saga is ongoing due to their tardy and poor customer service. You’d be better off getting your items from Temu, save yourself the hassle. They’re not even cheap!!!!!

I have emailed them several times and absolutely no response, my order hasn’t even been shipped yet!! Scam. Two months and they're still stalling giving me a refund on a product they never shipped/gave me a fake tracking number for. Can't even flag the transaction online as fraud with my bank for some reason - no transaction ID comes up but the payment is there. Thankfully I can lodge a paper complaint.
