I don't usually write reviews. When I purchased the tablet from Gaomon I noticed that the scroll wheel was having issues. Of course I wrote support and I got my money refunded in an easy to understand and straightforward process. Plus the support was very nice and helpful. Would greatly recommend service!

I bought a drawing tablet from Gaomon over 6 and a half years ago now and it still works as good as the day I bought it! While the model I purchased is no longer available for sale, when I had a minor software issue customer support was extremely helpful in helping me fix it and very responsive!

I had the wrong cords when I purchased my Gaomon tablet , luckily the customer support went above and beyond to help me not only help me when my problem, send me new cords but also check in with me to see if those new cords worked. I will be purchasing from here again !!
Product replacement
After I had received the GAOMON M106K Graphics Tablet, the Pen didn't work and neither charged. So, I contacted the support. The support answered quickly (a lot faster than I did), I answered their questions and sent them a short video of the pen not working. They quickly sent a full replacement! They also answered additional questions, related to similar products, etc. Very friendly, helpful and fast. Thank you, Ciyea and GAOMON!

Product is great! Unfortunately the material quality of the Leather Case Bracket was very weak but Customer Service Representative Ciyea Zhang handled the issue well!
Truly amazing service and product!
The shipping was very fast, the product in perfect condition despite being refurbished, and it is an extremely good display tablet! what really made the experience amazing was the support! I mentioned in my feedback on my ebay review that it didn't come with the leather screen protector bracket. I was contacted and compensated $10! I didn't know customer service this good still happened!! The PD 1320 is soo responsive, and the screen brightneses is amazing! I initially tought it wouldn't look amazing because of the IPS panel and %82 NTSC, but it really does look amazing! The only mild critique I can think of is the pen being slightly less comfortable, and a little heavier than a Wacom pen, but that's a nitpick at best. I will gladly be recomending Gaomon to anyone I know looking for a display tablet at an affordable price, as the refurbished prices are a stellar deal!!
