I ordered a 16 inch lace wig and ended up with 10inch… the density is extremely light …they won’t do an exchange and try to convince me I’m wrong. I wasted my money and the product was delayed as well. If you buy from them buyer beware you will lose.

I would like to mention that I've been ordering from this site for one year. Every month. I buy a wig. I except April may and June (I was trying to be natural)I've never had a problem with them, but I have realized that all the new negative Reviews are Coming From the past four months. Even on the better business bureau. They are complaints begin in April. The Quality they used to have before. It's no longer there. I Ordered two wigs. One of them arrived, and I ordered 300 density. I always get 250 and it. It's a lot of volume, and this wig was 150 density (I ordered 300). I emailed them asking them to either send me the hair bundles it's missing or I could send back the wig and they could add the extensions that it's missing. I didn't want a refund. I just wanted the wig like what I paid for because the density is extra. They did not accept this request. They don't want to assistant anything, and even though I sent them pictures. They say that the wig was manufactured correctly that they certified that MIND YOU they don't have the wig in front of them to certify anything. So at this point I'm disappointed and scared because like I said, I bought two wigs. I asked them to cancel the second one and they said I need to pay a $15 manufacturing fee. I then read their terms and conditions and nowhere and their terms and conditions. Does itsay that I need to pay a $15 manufacturing fee for an order that has not been shipped. It was still processing. About 14 days later. They said that since the week is custom it required manufacturing. This is something that I was not aware of, and something that is nowhere on their terms or policies. Which, if it, I would've never taken the risk of ordering that wig. I then went back-and-forth with them all day about canceling the wig. I kept sending them screenshots of their policies and their ownterms of conditions, and how they are violating them by trying to charge me for a cancellation for a wig that hasn't even been shipped. I received the message now saying that the wig was finished processing, and that they Hope. I enjoy the wig and that I gave it a chance, but I've been telling them all day to cancel that order. So now I am out of $500 with one wig that I hate and another wig coming. That is most likely even worse.

The colours are way off what is shown online and quality is not good. Have emailed dozens of times and refuse to repy with a return address. Instagram team say they cannot help I have to email their colleagiue! Avoid!
Like many women I suffer unfortunate hair loss and have ordered countless wigs from other companies as a result, and have NEVER had an issue. This is my first time ordering from Geeta hair and I assure you it will be my last. I ordered a precut lace wig, with the obvious intention to wear it, but the wig does not align with my natural hair (or lack thereof). Like a normal person, within 4 days of receipt, I emailed requesting a refund and have been getting the run-around ever since…it’s been almost 2 months. I was offered a $25 refund (on a $200 wig) and told to “give it a chance”. Wtf?? Keep in mind, their site claims hassle-free returns, “best customer service” and “rest assured your money is safe”. What does that even mean? In any case, be warned that unless you are positive the wig will work for you, and you have no intention of returning, fill your boots!! For me, Never again!

Afterpay refused to help, even after I escalated the case with photos and emails. Geeta hair is a rip off the customer service is horrible they do not provide return labels, so you have to pay to return to 9floor hengyuantong,, xuchang Hnan CN. I received the unit and rinsed it I didn't use any products just water that unit matted up the ends was ruff I couldn't run my finger through it and it turned shiny, the unit is a mix blend with very little human hair. I should have followed my first mind and kept scrolling. This is what I ordered vs what I got. Unit Looks like a cat. Don't do it check the reviews on the gram you noticed there's hardly any and the ones they post are only good reviews. Controlling the narrative.

I placed an order with GeetaHair on June 27, 2025 for a wig that was advertised as 100% human hair, high density, and high quality. What I received was completely unacceptable. The wig arrived late, had a strong chemical odor that wouldn’t come out after multiple washes, and did not resemble the product photos at all. Most importantly, the hair is clearly not 100% human hair — and I say that as someone very familiar with real human hair products. For the high price I paid, the quality I received was shockingly poor. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was told I’d have to pay for international return shipping to China — which is unethical and goes against U.S. and international consumer protection laws. I’ve now had to escalate the issue, including contacting my payment provider and informing the FTC, BBB, and other consumer protection agencies. I have also cc’ed my legal counsel to assist with the matter. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution. Misrepresentation of product quality, poor customer service, and disregard for international refund standards make this a brand I cannot recommend.

Unfortunately after placing an order over $300 (which is very expensive and I could have ordered from another vender for a cheaper price), and not receiving my package, Geetahair refused to help me get a replacement or a refund. I never received my hair. Despite multiple contact of the seller, I ended up with no help. I am so upset and that why I ended up leaving a review here.
Ordered a wig back in May 2025. Sent Geeta an email saying the hair was not as pictured on the website and I asked for a refund. I was ignored repeatedly and offered a discount for next time I shop there. Hello there won’t be a next time. I keep disputing it with Afterpay with no resolve and have opted to get lawyers and the consumer reporting agencies such as the FTC involved. I have screenshots of all the messages I sent and received from Geeta along with the copy from their website. I’m thinking about asking AI to draft a demand lawyer in the meantime to see if they will give me back my $200. If this goes to court it will cost more than that! Stay far away from these people.
