This has been the WORST hair company that I have ever dealt with. Their business practices are very shady. I ordered a wig that was not up to par from the company based off of what was advertised on their website. Although their website says that you can return if you are not pleased with your purchase they gave me the the run around. Then told me that the wig was exactly as I ordered based on a PICTURE I sent them. After telling them over and over that I did not want the wig they finally sent me the return address THREE weeks after asking. And do date the wig has been returned and I STILL have not gotten my refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I want to give 0 stars SCAM COMPANY DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! They sent me the complete wrong wig it was BRIGHT ORANGE and a completely different cut to what I ordered!!! The website ensures returns and refunds are possible yet when I apply for one they refuse me! They respond to every email saying it’s “factory checked” and that I have no choice but to keep it. Complete waste of £130!! Luckily I paid through PayPal so really hoping I can get refunded through a claim. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

If you shop here and try to get a refund because the product isn’t what’s presented in the pictures, they will repeatedly ignore your request. You will be asked for pictures over and over again even after sending pictures of why you aren’t satisfied with the hair. I bought a wig last week and every single day they have asked me to send pictures or can they give me a discount but have consistently ignored my request for a refund. I have chosen to take legal action as well as file a dispute with Afterpay to show my proof as to what’s been going on. I would not buy anything here because the product is not what’s in the picture. Oh and despite what they say delivery takes forever even if you pay extra for it to come faster.
I still haven’t received my wig for now. I really hope it arrives on time and with good quality, but the customer service has been quite friendly so far. I’ll post an update soon.

After 10-12 emails of back and forth after asking for a refund for $198 purchase, they are asking me to pay $30 shipping, $120 custom fee and $15 restock fee. Don’t waste your time and energy clearly this is a fraudulent website with fake photos and information relating to the quality of hair.
If I could give no stars I would! Won’t let me return the wig. Not as advertised at all. The lace is awful worst wig I’ve ever got. I’ve got cheap ones from Amazon and they are better. My ears fold over when I wear it too. You are warned do not buy! Wasted £170!! Emails don’t do anything I’ve emailed over 20 times and they give you the same response it’s been ‘factory checked’

This was first time buying from Geetahair and I’m quite impressed with the quality of the hair..but my hairstylist said she wasn’t too pleased with the lace but said it was ok but wished it was a full lace but overall she was able to style it and it turned out beautiful and I got so many compliments.

Geeta for me is “Hit or miss”, and I think there is a bit of “bait and switch” happening. My first wig was supposed to be brown with some blonde highlights… I got a whole blonde wig, with some brown highlights. Nothing like the pic. However, some brown box dye did the trick, and the lace was nice and thin, well plucked and bleached, and the hair quality was top tier, thick and soft all throughout. That was the first experience. It’s gotten worse every time since, to the point where my last purchase was NOTHING like the picture. Customer service seems to always say the same thing.. That the lighting is different in the pics, and they’re sure I’ll be just as beautiful as the model and to give it a try… This is after I sent them a pic of a black and white wig that looked like it’s from a costume shop for a witch, and the wig I ordered was a dark caramel brown, with no black or blonde. I gave 3 stars because the hair quality is always great, I can always fix the problems with box dye, and they’re usually good with the lace plucking and bleaching. My advice? Don’t expect the color to look like the pics EVER. And like others have complained.. I don’t think the pics on their site are from the company. Even if you see someone doing a video from them, it could be like my experience where the first wig was great. They are hoping you’ll do a video about them or something, and I never have… They send me whatever. My most recent one was the worse yet. I have never seen a wig with no straps and hooks. What was supposed to be light brown highlighted became a weird chunk of yellow in the front. They don’t do refunds and only patronize, and belittle when you explain what’s wrong, I won’t be ordering from them again. Your first one will be great. Only order one.
I ordered a wig, the colour was intense yellow blond but on the website it said honey blond. I’m going back and forth with customer service trying to get a reimbursement. This company would rather tell you to “give it a try” rather than return an item since it did not meet your expectations. How can you truly tell how a wig is until you see it in person. If they have a no return policy, they should specify that on their website and not say you have 30 days when in fact they have no intentions to reimburse or even exchange. This was a waste of money, I will never purchase here or recommend to any one to do so.

Do not purchase from this company if you have a timeline or need your item by a certain date. Their website is totally a lie and they provide ZERO customer service other than to gaslight and ignore you. It has been 17 days and I have no item and no timeline on getting the item. I have requested 7 times to cancel since my event has passed and am ignored every time. Poor service and experience all the way around and I don’t even have the item I paid $200 for.

The worst part? Before placing my order, I even reached out to ask if I could return the wig in case it didn’t look right, since there were barely any photos on the site. They reassured me with a sweet “Don’t worry, darling — you can return it and get a refund if it doesn’t suit you.”
I ended up receiving a wig that had no bangs, even though I clearly ordered one with bangs. The curls were nothing like the picture either. I later did a reverse image search and found out the photos on the product page were stolen from an influencer — no wonder it didn’t match.
A lot of the positive reviews are fake. If you want the truth, go to TikTok and search the brand — you’ll find plenty of videos exposing how they send the wrong wigs and flat-out lie about returns.

I ordered two wigs from them and intended on trying them out for my birthday as they would have been my very first wig to wear. I bought two just in case one was insufficient. I ordered a straight 14 inch one with a little body that looked liked it had been styled for advertisement but was mostly straight. Then I ordered a popular curly one. I also ordered the pre bleached knots and pre cut lace for both. First of all, the package came two weeks after I ordered, which was in the range of time I expected but when I opened both wigs up they literally both had the same curl pattern. The 14 inch was curly and very short. I'm talking Bob at ear length short, not 14 inches straight. The curly one was layered to where the back was definitely 18 inches, but every where else was cut into about 3 layers and the curl pattern was tighter than advertised. The middle part was basically bald on both and all the hair on the lace surrounding the part was extra thin and the tracks were visible. Among other things my head is huge so upon trying the wigs on, they did not fit and I didn't want to damage the wig by trying to stretch it or cut it up to make the necessary adjustments even though I didn't even know how fr. So I go back and read the return policy and I was within the time and conditions of requesting a return or exchange. When I hit these weirdos up, they were like, we gave you what you ordered dear and after checking with the warehouse we confirmed that they sent what you ordered. I went on to explain I didn't order two curly wigs and basically that there was nothing I could do with them because my head is too big anyway. They just kept telling me they sent me what I ordered and that it would be too expensive for me to return it to them on their dime. They even said that they believed it'd look good if I tried to wear the wigs as is. I went back and forth with them pleading and begging to just return it because there was nothing I could do with the items and they weren't even what I ordered to begin with. They offered a $20 coupon and 10% off my next purchase which is hilarious considering I spent $348 on my order. They finally gave me some address in New York to send the wigs back to and claimed there was a $15 restocking fee per wig and I had to pay $20 just to send it. SMH just don't do it. I'm positive you will save yourself the trouble by just ordering from somewhere else. Their entire business is beyond a scam.
