Ordered two different team whiskey glasses and they are not even close to the pictures on their website. They are cheap and the stickers are crooked and overlapping. I have emailed them now for a refund. We’ll see…if not, I’ll go through my credit card.
There was an issue with one of the glasses ordered, it was disappointing and I didn’t have the time to order another set. I contacted customer support and they were very good about offering me a partial refund on my order which I received within a week of my initial contact. Charlotte was extremely helpful and very attentive to my issue.

When I requested a refund, I was informed that a full refund would only be issued if I submitted a five-star review praising their service. I do not condone or participate in such practices.
