I received my item in a timely manner. I was surprised how small it was for my gift recipient. I need to rerun it not because it was a bad item but just to many small pieces. After two more emails it was explained item was on back order and I could receive a full refund if I wished to do that. As promised, it was in my account today. Zoe followed through. Return product I was disappointed with when I received it
I received the product I ordered and it wasn’t what I expected. I contacted the company and Aurelia contacted me and asked that I send pictures of the mailing label and the product so she could notify the warehouse. I then responded back that I figured it would cost more to return than I had paid, so she then offered me a 20% refund just because I was not completely satisfied, her emails were very helpful and professional. I have today received an email from Heidi that my refund has been issued and her email was also very nice and professional. Thanks to you both for handling this matter. Sincerely, Sarah Fayard
