Outstanding Customer Service

I was concern that my order was taking a little extra time and maybe the site was a scam...Absolutly NOT!! The first email I sent was answered right away, outstanding customer service!! This was a Christmas gift and it was perfect. I will be ordering again.

I just received my package

I just received my package. I ordered glass. The glass is flimsy and the painting on it looks cheap. I don’t think it will last after a few washings. The box that the company shows that comes with is not what you get. The box shown is part of the charm. I would not order from this company again.

No product no review

After ordering and not getting any updates I contacted the company and was told the timeline then I looked at their reviews and decided to get a refund after several emails I got a message “ can offer you a full refund. Would you be willing to give me a five-star rating after receiving the refund? Best regards, Charlotte”My review is I didn’t get the product and I’m not gonna mislead buyers. I did eventually get a refund with another request to leave a 5 star review.

Embarrassed gift giver!

The recipient of the first just opened up today and so embarrassed as to what I actually received. The glass has lettering crooked and letters cut off. It looked nothing like the photos! The glasses have no color nor does the box- plain brown. Email for support non deliverable.

Do NOT order the team whiskey glasses. They are just glasses with a poorly applied sticker with bubbles and pieces chipping off. They are charging $30 at half off and they are not worth $3. DO NOT BUY!!!
