Never use this service for anything. I had an assembly scheduled for 4/21. They never showed up. I get an email 2 days later saying that they will try to get someone to me on 5/12. Horrible customer service on the phone, and absolute incompetence running the company.

This company should be shut down!!! They don’t contact you about the service you have to keep calling them and they can never get a technician on the phone!! They take your money BEFORE completing your service!! I paid 150 for a computer desk from Home Depot to be put together. I had no idea what atrocity awaited me!! The logistics of this company are beyond unprofessional!! They have no idea how to run this company properly!! They said they have several companies that take orders from and have at 1500 scheduled appointments a day to complete. Sounds like they need to scale back their orders and find independent contractors who know what they’re doing and want to work. No one has yet to schedule my service and it’s been over a week after the promise on the contract says 24-48 hours. I have to call them over and over again. They aren’t reaching out to me. And I would have appreciated it more if they wouldn’t have taken my money before completing the job. I want my money refunded promptly!!! I will get my computer desk assembled another way!!
They run a real racket here - you pay $150 for a diagnoses then pay another 160 for it to be fixed, however, my issue was diagnosed over the phone with the technician expected to come and fix it on the service call. Instead they charged me 145 for the technician to say I told them to order the part. But the extended warranties, it is not worth it with this service.
Terrible experience. They initially said it would be about 2 weeks for them to come out and assemble our treadmill. After a month, they scheduled and never showed up. I called daily afterwards to get them scheduled again and each time they told me the technician would reach out to schedule that day. Each day, no one would ever contact us. We ended up canceling and asking for a refund. Do not use this company.
If I could give this company zero stars I would!!!! People please listen, if your setup is being installed by this company, please do not use them. Totally unprofessional. They rescheduled the appointment 3 times. There’s absolutely no point in scheduling because they don’t show up at the scheduled times. Finally someone decided to show up at 7:00a when the hours were between 9a-1p. Of course I was not home & the installment team sends a text saying “we cannot wait around”.. how is it waiting around when you show up 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Fast forward I contact costumer service, the worker advised someone would return at 11:30, of course no one showed up. I contact customer service again, he advised someone would be out between 2p and 4. Someone showed up at my house at 12:45, of course I wasn’t home. This company is a joke. I was offered at $25 refund, compared to the $400.00 I paid for the installation. I would NEVER use this company again. It’s UNACCEPTABLE.
The company Go Configure, who installed my shed, is a scam company. They sent one person to the job who does not speak English and had to communicate through a phone. It took way too long to build the shed and he also begged for a tip at the end of the job. I blame this on Go Configure and Home Depot, as Go Configure takes advantage of their employees by underpaying them, and Home Depot for using this company to begin with. They have no experience building anything and couldn't understand the instructions. The guy was nice; do not get me wrong, but this was so unprofessional. Go Configure underpays and hires people with no idea what they are doing. Home Depot should be ashamed of using such a company. Will not use Home Depot for installments ever again.
It took 4 attempts to get someone out to assemble my bunk beds. A total of 3.5 days of missed work. Cancelled twice (after 5 hr of waiting both times), then a total no-show. They refunded me a whopping $70. Absolutely DO NOT use this company if you can help it. Unfortunately, this is who Home Depot contracts with.

AWFUL COMPANY! I scheduled someone to come do a repair and its been 2 months so far with no shows, they scheduled me once after a month and then cancelled the day of because of a family emergency, yet never reached back to schedule another appointment. Stay away from this company!
DO NOT USE!! At the recommendation of Bowflex, they came and repaired my treadmill and didn’t install all of the parts…namely the wiring. When the technician reassembled the treadmill he didn’t do it correctly as the belt rubs against the housing. Bowflex has also not been helpful so keep that in mind when purchasing their equipment!!
Go Configure has not responded to two of my outreach attempts over 1 week's time. This is after I was instructed upon purchase of my trampoline that GO Configure would be reaching out to me to schedule - which they never did.
This company is not interested in customer service. I paid to have my Schwinn IC3 exercise bike fixed because of a noise in the crankshaft. When the technician was done, the pedals were slipping, and there is a new noise coming from the tension knob at the front of the bike. The company said I contacted them after the 30 day warranty period So they would not send the technician out again. First, why is there only a 30 day warranty period? Second, even though I was a few weeks late, the company should have made good on the promised service, namely, fixing a problem without creating new problems. So it is obvious, they do not want to be accountable for problems they create.
If you’re thinking about using Go Configure, just don’t! We used them through Walmart when purchasing our swing set! They didn’t show up twice and customer service really doesn’t care! For $800 dollars and them to not show up twice and then to schedule you again 3 weeks out- we ended up putting it together out selves! And when I called to get a full refund - they tried to send me a check for only $650 when I should be getting $814! Haven’t received the check yet so fingers crossed it’s correct!
2 months of delays and excuses. Do not use them. Finally found a local contractor to put up my playset in no time at all. Wish I had this realizatino from the start!
Continues to rebook and no show over and over again. I don't think they have any actual staff in Atlanta but will take money for trying to find someone last minute.
Well paid 800.00 to have a gazebo put together. Had text messages from them to confirm appttime May 19(Sun) 9am-1p.m. After several phone conversations starting at 12:30pm because No One showed up till 5.pm spook to supervisor to have them not even apologize for the inconvenience of an entire day wasted waiting for them. To have them reschedule for a Monday which is a work day where we had to take a day off work... to have them offer a 50.00 refund is absolutely ridiculous I will never use this company again
Terrible customer service. They mean it, when they say "go configure". Because, you pay them, and then figure it out yourself. No one is responsible in their team. Nobody responds.
I bought a carport through Backyard Discover on April 11. Over a month later and Go Configure still hasn't installed it. Installation is expensive and I would expect a lot better. The installation has been scheduled and canceled twice already, once because of confusion with the delivery, a second time due to "weather" even though it was a beautiful day all day. I was told I would receive a call back with a new installation date within 24hrs. Never heard from anyone. Every time I call for an update I get the run around, "we're looking for an available technician and will get back to you within 24hrs." No one ever gets back to me. Still don't have an installation date. I definitely don't recommend. Backyard Discover needs to find a more reliable delivery and installation company than Go Configure.
Horrible, horrible service. I paid $50 for a rep to come evaluate the issue with our Horizon treadmill. The rep said the motor needs to be replaced and should be covered and that the service to replace the motor should not take very long. A week later, I called for status as I had not received an update. I received a return call by a Go configure rep who quoted me $974.22. They said if I can provide proof of the warranty requirements, then I can get the Motor under warranty, and it would be $564.71 for service. This is absurd as I purchased the equipment for just over $600 brand new! Do not trust these people. They are awful and just trying to take advantage of others. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
