The jeans were supposed to be from size 6 to 12. I normally wear a 10 and these did not fit correctly at all, very tight and not comfortable at all.

I wanted to love the always fits line, but honestly they aren't that comfortable, especially around the waist. I am a size 8-10 usually. What I noticed was when you sit down, the fabric bunches into a thick band around the stomach which is a strange mix of stretchy and tight at the same time. I'd rather just wear a pair of jeans matched to my size.

I was really looking forward to getting these jeans because of the reviews on how good they fit. The first pair of jeans I received had a 33 1/2 length yet the website says there are 33 inch length. I got a hold of someone from good American and they prompted an exchange and the same length was sent the second time. This is all within a three week period. During this time in conversations with someone in customer service, they told me that the jeans should be 33 length. Finally someone from customer service stated that the jeans are only in a 33 1/2 length. Someone who’s designing their website needs to check their facts. Very disappointing experience for very expensive jeans.

I bought four pairs of jeans, and they all fit perfectly. They have been holding up well, especially the ones I wear for work a few times a week!(I’ve had them going on seven months.) I had a little issue with a pair, and customer service went above and beyond! Will be buying all my jeans from here!

I was very unhappy to find out the three pairs of jeans that I purchased (it was a size by size only ex:size 4,6,8) were on a final sale and I’m so used to your reg sizing that I was unable to return them. Not even for a store credit. I purchased the 3 because I wasn’t sure of what size I would need and now I’m stuck with 2 pairs that are no good to me. Very disappointed.
