My first pair was much better than my second. The dark‑wash pair had an excellent fit and style. The lighter wash still fit well, but the back‑pocket design and the ridged hem made them feel less consistent in quality. Still a great pant overall, just wish both pairs matched in style and finish. My first purchase and the whole experience was really disappointing after 3 attempts I never ended up with the jeans I wanted. First pair was too large so I purchased a smaller size got something completely different and then 3rd pair sent to me was an altered petite flare jeans that had no flare and too short. Really disappointing and frustrating experience. I ended up with a pair of jeans that cost me $175 AUD and are too big

I ordered regular length jeans from Good American and apparently the Kardashians and I have very different definitions of the word regular. I'm 5'8", not 4'11", and these things were still long enough to sweep my floors while I walked. When I went to return them, I found out the return window is only 14 days from the ship date. Not when they arrive. Not when a normal person has time to try them on. The ship date. So now I own a $150 pair of jeans that fit like I'm preparing for my NBA debut. The jeans are cute. The return policy is giving "we already got your money." Disappointed is an understatement.

Service recovery was excellent. I was given a wrong size and the customer service team quickly sent out a new pair over to me under 2 weeks. Love the fit and cut and will look forward to buying more versions ❤️
