Good American helped me when my package kept traveling the US. Stationed in Germany and just wanted some good jeans! Customer service is on point and they were so helpful in sending me a second pair that actually made it to our APO!

I don’t like that you can’t return to…
I don’t like that you can’t return to the store, because I would’ve made an exchange. Also, I returned within a week of buying and I still owed an extra $14 over the jeans amount to affirm and they said the vendor doesn’t always give back the whole amount (?).

I am 5' tall and want to be in with the trend of the wide legged pants, but they just don't work with short people. These not only fit well but look great. Highly recommend these jeans for fit comfort and look.

I’m giving only 2 stars because the jeans were way too long and to alter these jeans was an expensive and annoying process as not all seamstresses knew how to work with this starchy material. It took me about a month to find a right person. Not worth the hassle!
Good jeans great customer service
The jeans themselves are good. I had to reorder one of the pairs twice because the wrong one kept getting shipped and they eventually just said to keep the wrong ones. Customer service was very responsive. Great experience all around.

The fit is ok
The fit is ok, but the material doesn't really justify the price. Perhaps it was just the model that I selected. There are many jeans of the same material at a fraction of the price.
First time Good American Purchase
First time Good American purchase. The shipping was very fast and customer service was great. I didn't know what size to purchase and ended up buying two pairs of jeans, one in size 2 and one in size 4. The 4 turned out to be perfect but the size 2 was too small. They were final sale :( I reached out to customer service and they allowed me a one-time exchange to a size 4! I was able to exchange within a few days and got a pair of jeans that fits me. It was great! The jeans themselves were super soft and comfortable, as well as flattering.
