This was our first order with Chop Shop. Normally, I don't sign up for subscriptions, but we wanted to try some good steaks. We have tried two of them, and they were delicious. Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I'll explain please beware. My first box shows up late and dethawed where I had to toss everything, they gave me a credit for my second box which I then ordered but never received at all. They said they had logistic issues and that at this point they'd refund my debit and if a box eventually arrived, I could keep it as a gift..another warm box of food haha. Waited 10 days, still no refund so I contacted them again..this time they tried to give me credit less than what I spent no refund, then they said they refunded my acoonow, no credit and they disconnected communication. I cant even wrap my mind around this buisness. Go to butcher box, better bang for your buck and they actually send the food and fix things when they mess up. Do not spend money here, its like roulette!!!!

This was my first purchase and it arrived promptly and frozen although the temperature was in the high 90*. The products I’ve tried have been extremely flavorful. I am anxious to try the lamb chops next, as I have never prepared them before. I am pleased with Good Chops products and delivery thus far.

I placed my order using my debit card on Thursday . Today on Sunday this company is trying to charge multiple amounts for my order. Luckily I have my accounts set up a specific way when I order online. I am very disappointed. I called the company to ask for an explanation. And the supervisor disconnected the call and did not attempt to call back. Is this a scam?? Though it took me three calls to get a supervisor that was patient and cared. It was a successful call leaving me happy. My initial call was in concerns of f multiple charges showing up for multiple small units. This should be a red flag for anyone ordering online. I placed my very first order last Thursday. To be delivered Aug.6. What I did not realize was that there were actually multiple accounts . From as far as I as 2023. Though I have looked in to ordering from good chop multiple times. I chose another company. So that s wonderful supervisor Nate cancelled all of my accounts that should not have been re activated. And I should expect delivery on Aug.6 through the correct account. And now that I know they are part of Hello fresh. I know they are a reliable company. I trust them as I used Hello fresh for years.
