Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Units are nice, but horrible (effectively useless) return policy and relatively slow shipping

The brass grab bars are strong and look nice, not institutional at all. The ones I bought have an art deco back plate. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. And the price was excellent.

Jackie was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone while helping me with the order. Bars were shipped immediately and arrived on time, as promised. Everything was well packaged and the bars feel sturdy and look great. The contractor has not installed them yet, but the long screws should have no problem holding these firmly to a strong wooden backing. Would definitely buy from again.

Great product looks way more sturdier that ones at my local hardware store and the prices are unbeatable. Same or better quality than the ones I saw at the medical supply stores. Shipped quick and arrived just in time. Recommend you buy the drill bits too.

I’m in the process of remodeling my bathroom. I had several other grab bars, I did not really liking for various reasons. Then I stumbled across grab bars.com. I found what I was looking for ordered Monday and it was delivered on Christmas Eve 2 days later. Which was amazing considering it’s the holidays. The grab bar is exactly what I was looking for great quality and perfect length. It has not been installed as of yet. But my contractor will be installing it soon! Thank you

Such an easy and satisfying experience in purchasing grab bars from GrabBars.com. Instead of scrolling through lists and lists of grab bars on a popular 'smile' big company site and being frustrated, not finding what I needed, I checked out GrabBars.com. Items are sensibly listed by finish, size and texture. Price is very reasonable and quick shipping was very reasonable.
Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your kind words about our pricing and shipping, and we’re grateful you chose us. Jayme Operations Manager 704-800-4629
Best place to order grab bars! Stores just carry what the popular trends are at the moment and not colors that I wanted to keep in my house. As we age, so do houses but most of us don’t renovate every time a new deco trend hits.
Thank you for your thoughtful review! It means a lot to us that we could provide products that suit your needs. Jayme Operations Manager 704-800-4629
