After getting ripped off at Chrono24, I thankfully found Grailzee! I’ve bought three watches through them at auction and not only were all of them below any other price online, watches were all perfect. Love their authentication step in the middle to prevent what happened to me with Chrono. Great platform, good customer support, and great inventory. I’m hooked!

Terrible Experience – Misleading Auction Platform My experience with Grailzee was extremely disappointing. The site presents itself as an auction platform, but in practice it feels more like a marketplace for retailers trying to sell watches at or near full retail prices. Time and time again, I found watches listed with what appeared to be auction opportunities, only to discover that all had high reserve prices that were seemingly never intended to be met through normal bidding. As a result, you can spend days following listings, researching watches, and participating in auctions, only for the item not to sell despite what appears to be genuine bidder interest. The overall impression I was left with is that many sellers are using the platform primarily as a marketing channel rather than a genuine auction venue. If a seller has no realistic intention of accepting the market price generated through an auction, then the process feels pointless and frustrating for bidders.

Everything was great. I read through the process and reviewed many options. I went with Grailzee and had a great buying experience. Everything went as expected. It was an easy and efficient process. The communication was excellent and I had many resources to ask questions. I was extremely pleased with the process and I received an elite timepiece. This app is probably the #1 app to use for selling and buying watches. I saw they also have some other luxury items like purses and stuff which I don’t use but good to know. As for watches, they conduct a thorough review prior to listing to ensure it meets their guidelines. They expedite their process to ensure your watch can be listed quickly and without any errors. They facilitate a smooth transaction when it comes to facilitating a payment as a buyer. When selling, you send them your watch and it’s authenticated with an incredibly indepth report. Pictures, condition, a pass/fail process of what they test and their commitment to how the watch was compared to the online listing. They ensure you are 100% satisfied with their authentication prior to allowing the funds to go through. It protects both parties involved. eBay doesn’t even match this level. eBay might just tell you its authentic but does not go through the testing to advise you if it has mechanical issues. They also don’t provide you details of their process including pictures. Grailzee is here to help both the buyer and seller. I will continue to utilize their services.

I have to be honest, my first experience with the App was a bit clunky. There was a few hiccups and some negative experiences in the overall app experience. If you are on the App make sure you go to the website to check FAQ's and shipping to fully understand the fees associated with the purchase. I will say I had nothing but an overall positive experience with the customer service once I had some initial concerns. The Grailzee team over communicated and even called to get feedback on how to get better. Not an automated survey, Ethan called me to hear my concerns and to really saved my overall experience. Well done to the team for exceeding my expectations.

I bought a grand seiko which included…
I bought a grand seiko which included extra links in the add. I recieved my watch without the extra links. The seller put them in the box when they shipped it to the authentication center but they were never sent to me and now all I get is the run around...there are hidden fees. You pay 250 to them for the certification then they try to get you to buy an appraisal for 125. Not to mention its over 110 dollars to get the watch shipped to you. Really 110 to fedex a small box to me...in the end any good deal you get on the watch is lost with all the fees and by not getting what you paid for.....and by the way if you are not happy they still keep the 250 they charge you up front. So I just wanted to update my review. Its funny I could not get anyone on the phone until I put in a 1 star review..but anyway they did find my missing links and for my time they credited me the 250 fee. When you get to talk with someone they are helpful I just wish I never had to go through this process. Still not a 5 star experience but definitely not a 1 star like I originally gave them. I hope as they grow they work out the kinks..
