I will start off by saying I absolutely love this company and what it stands for!!!! 90% of my closet is all grunt style and will continue to be grunt style! But I will say I'm writing this review because their customer service department is one of the best I've ever had to deal with. I ordered a shirt a couple weeks ago, And they emailed me to let me know that the shirt was sold out, And gave me a few options on how to solve the problem at hand. And within a few hours Of me emailing them back and telling them how I wanted to resolve the issue , they emailed me right back. Telling me that a new shirt was on its way that I selected. So with that all being said, customer service, a 100% quality of products, a 100%!!!!!!

I ordered 10 shirts this go around and had to return three. Last time I ordered I ordered seven or eight and had to return four. The time before that I had to return some that I ordered. After talking to customer service that explained everything. They told me they order from three different shirt venders wich makes since why some shirts don't fit true to size. No consistency. Looking at other shirt company's like nine line apparel and a few other.

The store staff in Nashville were very helpful, friendly and professional. They helped me locate the products I was looking for which saved me time and made my experience smooth.
