I placed an order with Grunt Style on April 17th because their site said it would be delivered by April 24th. That clearly didn’t happen. Checked my order on the 24th and it hadn’t even been fulfilled yet, so not only is it late—it hasn’t even shipped. That’s pretty frustrating when the timeline they advertise is the reason I placed the order in the first place. Called customer service and honestly that made it worse. The rep didn’t seem to care much and just gave excuses. No real ownership, no attempt to fix anything, no effort to make it right. I was actually excited to get my stuff from them, but this kind of experience kills that pretty quick. If you’re going to set delivery expectations, you’ve got to meet them—or at least communicate and take care of your customers when you don’t. Not a great first impression.

Some shirts in the same size fit differently, however, whenever I've had an issue, I was taken care of quickly and correctly. My packages come when they say but as someone who works with a company that ships USPS, I can tell you many stories of errors and customers mad at something not on our end, so some of these reviews make me laugh. I've been using Grunt Style for years at multiple addresses. Their items last so much longer than Nine Line or other companies, plus you can't beat the guarantee! Are there things they could do better? Absolutely, but that's with all companies in my opinion.

Grunt Style would not allow me combine the reward points that I EARNED by buying many overpriced tee shirts with a current sale they were running. I was only allowed to use either the sale price or my rewards points. Not both at the same time! Unacceptable and unfair business practices by a greedy company playing on the patriotic hearts of hard working Americans!!!

I have bought many times in the past. My last purchase was disappointing! Sizing is very inconsistent, they source shirts from all around the globe so the shirts from Nicaragua fit fine xl, the shirts from Honduras are l/xl and too tight, the shirts from Haiti are larges at best. All marked XL, all different sizes by country. I quit nine line for the exact same reason. When profit margins clash with quality and theres no managerial correction, the dollar has more value than the customer.

I have placed several orders over the last few years and will continue to do so in the future. All my graphic shirts, long sleeve shirts, and sweaters are still in great condition with no signs of fading. I also love the new Rewards Program and earning something back from what I spend.

The entire family has loved this brand for years and it's quality has been consistently amazing. I love this company. I recently had an order I needed to cancel (I selected the incorrect size), and I used the online chat feature.
