Consumers also deeply appreciate the remarkably prompt delivery service alongside the attentive communication provided by the seller throughout the entire purchasing process.
However, some people mentioned that the hair can occasionally suffer from severe tangling after washing, making it feel like a synthetic or sponge-like material. I ordered a wig from this site that when it arrived looked nothing like the advertised wig. I returned the wig and was promised that I would be reimbursed the shipping fee. The company Hermosa recieved their wig back and never paid my return shipping fee. I requested refund via paypal, and my own paypal link. The emails from hermosa over and over we can't find the link, link not working ect.. They are liars, scammers and frauds. I would never recommend this site. These people are scammers! The same way they charged me for the trashy wig is the same way they can refund my shipping fees.
