Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the wonderful product quality, noting that the wigs look stunning, feel exceptionally soft, and maintain a very natural appearance when worn daily. Consumers also deeply appreciate the remarkably prompt delivery service alongside the attentive communication provided by the seller throughout the entire purchasing process.
However, some people mentioned that the hair can occasionally suffer from severe tangling after washing, making it feel like a synthetic or sponge-like material. Additionally, a few reviewers experienced issues with delayed orders or found that customer support failed to adequately resolve their specific problems.

UPDATE #2: I have been in contact with Hermosa and they said they would issue a refund. That was on Thursday. August 20th. The refund is thru PayPal. As of today, I still have not received any notification of a refund. Will continue to post updates as I receive them.
UPDATE: As you can see the company responded to this review stating they sent me an email after they replied. Please don't be fooled. I have yet to receive an email. Will keep you all posted!!
I recently ordered a wig that looked nothing like what was advertised. I emailed them letting them know I wanted to return the wig and be refunded. I received 1 email reply asking why I wanted to return the wig. Once I replied I haven't heard anything from them since. They have yet to reply to any of my follow up emails. I will be returning the wig which by the way smells horrible and looks COMPLETELY different from what I ordered and letting my bank know to stop payment!!! Ordered #H151233. Proceed with caution!!!!

I loved my hair, when I saw your Hermosa video on the television I had to have it because it was perfect for the summer months. My hair will not hold a curl in the summer because of the heat and moisture in the hair the Hermosa hair type was the perfect solution as you saw in the picture that I sent. I got at least a hundred or more compliments especially from my friends that I had not seen in years!
I am also happy to have watched your advertisement on television. I will be ordering the natural straight length 16 to 18 inches next!!! I appreciate you replacing my hair that was stolen!
You see that I definitely needs it!
Thanks Again for your kindness!

I recently purchased a blonde deep wave wig from this company and its completely trash. It does not look like the picture. It tangles and it feels and look like doll hair, synthetic. I paid $227 and they only offered me a $55 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm very happy that I have found a company that has met my expectations when it comes to the quality of a wig. Im extremely happy that their wigs comes with a drawstring for women such as myself with a small head. Most wig companies only offer a size 22 as the smallest size they have, which is too big for me and I have to use melting spray or glue to secure it. Which takes up a lot of time. With the drawstring wig it makes it easier and I dont spend a lot of time prepping my hair.
