When I bought my product of a Phone press, I was very impressed with it but problems arose as soon as I got the press I couldn’t download the software from Loklik apparently if you’ve got an apple email The confirmation code and that stops you from downloading anyway I did it with my NHS one and it went through straight away and I was able to download the software I spoke to LOKLiK a number of times, but they really didn’t understand what I was trying to tell them spoke to HTVront and didn’t really get much response from them because they were both referring me back in 2 to each other companies anyway I sorted it out myself and realised that they didn’t get through to Apple email so I changed it now got the software and it’s absolutely amazing. The heat press works perfectly every time you just have to follow the instructions if you don’t follow the instructions and put the right size template into the phone cover it doesn’t work. I tried various different ways. It won’t work. You just need to stick to the plan very very happy with the overall usability of this all my presses I have bought from HTVront and very pleased with them got good support from Customer Services. Any problems they’re there to help. I would definitely buy another product from them in the future if needed five stars from me.
Great customer service. Louis was amazing in helping me get my DTF printer functioning. I was ready to return the printer, but he patiently walked me through fixing it.
I recently purchased the DTF printer and it is a big change from a cricut. However, it is super easy to setup and the customer service is AMAZING. I had some issues with printing and getting things right. Luis was GREAT!! He was knowlegable and fixe everyproblem quickly and with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with him and this company. I highly recommend this company and machine to anyone. Even being a little overwhelmed with it all its nice to know when i call i get someone quickly on the phone to address and fix my problem.
I had an issue with the whole roll of HTVRont I ordered adhering to the shirt I was making and staying sticky. Customer service was efficient and friendly and replaced my roll for me.
I have to say I'm really impressed with Htvront's customer service. I had an issue with my H17 cell phone press not heating property. My customer service rep listened to me and me for pictures of what was not working properly. I sent pictures. I was then asked for a video showing me operating the H17 cell phone press. I was getting a little frustrated and Lewis explained to me why he needed the pictures and videos. I understand we all have a job to do, and we have to follow instructions. Long story short, Lewis my customer service rep was awesome. My new machine is on it's way. The was one of the best customer service interactions I've had in a long time.
HTVRONT is a terrific brand. I have been using their vinyl for my Cricut for years. I trust the company so much that I purchased their DTF D1 printer. This new form of making garments is complicated, way more labor intensive than vinyl.
The HTVRONT customer service has been very helpful through the headache situation I got myself into from being a rookie dtf printer. The only inconvenience is that they are China time and I am in California so the time difference makes it challenging to communicate, but they go above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Recently order the phone press, hat press and two engraving machines which are one for me and the other its a surprise for my brother in law. Hoping to order soon the auto heat press 2 cant wait. Their customer service is great they noticed i ordered one engraving and the next day another and right away email me to confirm it wasnt a mistake. If it was other companies they would’ve not cared if it was an accident they woulve charged and send it to you. Cant wait for the engraving machine to arrive all they need now its a 3d printer.
I recently reached out to customer service to report an issue with my new Loklik iCraft Cutting Machine disconnecting via Bluetooth every few seconds. I sent them a video of the machine disconnecting, along with my order number, and they quickly responded. They offered to make arrangements to send a new machine, and I'm now awaiting the replacement. I'm so very pleased with the resolution I received.
I only received part of my shipment in the beginning but then after contacting HTVront they immediately statred to process a replacement shipment for my machine that was not delivered. They were very pleasant to deal with ans I love my new phone case machine.
Customer service has been top notch to me!! I have had some issues none that was with the actual product and they went above and beyond to help me!! Great Service!!
Easy to order and the machines work quite well. When I did have an issue, the customer service was incredible and helped solve my issue in a timely manner. Only issue is there is not much info out there on how to maintain and solve some issues you would have with any machine. Would love to see some cleaning and part replacement videos.
The glossy printable vinyl is constantly warped and causes issues while printing and the stickers seem to separate from the backing after they are cut.
The positive thing I'll say is that they responded quickly and replaced the product for no charge, however, the replacement was also warped and causing the same issues.

I had my press for almost a year and I used it a lot. It started throwing codes and I reach out for help and they were fast to respond and try to help troubleshoot the issue. It wasn’t nothing that could be done so they replaced it with a new one. I’m very pleased with the customer service I received. Highly recommend the product and the customer service.
I have used HTVRont products for a while now, I have always been pleased with the quality of the product and have never had an issue. Recently I purchased some HTV vinyl in black and white but what arrived was a mix of vinyls in a bag labeled black and white. I reached out to HTVront and after a short back and forth with them (where I sent them the proof of my purchase and the product information), they quickly apologized and offered a solution to get me my original order. I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently they replied and how easy the whole interaction was.
Customer service is great. However, I’m on my second tumbler press and still greatly disappointed. Unfortunately, I do have the heat press 15x15 and satisfied with it very little imperfections. The auto tumbler press has been costing me a lot of investment and time only to be disappointed.

I bought a mini heat press from HTVRont end of last year. Only used a couple of times and it wouldn't switch on anymore. I contacted HTVRont and they came back to me straight away and sent a replacement out.
Very quick reply time (out of UK business hours!) and received the replacement quick.
