Pricing is off market
Pricing is off market. Pricing model is worse than other providers. Also, make significantly better offers to new customers than existing ones.

They spend more time finding reasons to charge you more money for less service. Waste of money at this point. There are tons of landing page builders for a fraction of the cost. Once they got acquired, they simply changed.

Landing pages without limits
Dealing with various collaborators, campaigns, clients, and deadlines often results in fragmented design and review processes. Instapage has tackled this issue by creating a landing page platform designed to streamline team workflows. I highly recommend it!

We have been using this software for 7 years. In that time, they periodically add limits to make you pay more. e.g. introduced a limit of total landing pages, a limit on visitors, moving features behind paywalls, etc. If you sign up for this, understand they will change the deliverables so they can generate more revenue. It's a really terrible user experience. Edit - from their response, their compromise was for me to pay 3x more for 1.5x improvement. no thank you.

Avoid Instapage
Very unhappy with Instapage. They have aggressive pricing and auto-renewed a lock-in 12 month contract without sending any reminders. Customer service would not budge and still charging me $1149 USD p/mth despite me not having used the product for 12 months
After you get in touch for information
After you get in touch for information, they send you constant emails. Once you actually send them the details they asked for, to set up a call they disappear and never show up again. If this is the start of a collaboration, I don’t want to see the rest.
