Instapage's customer support is amazing, I always get a response within seconds. In addition, the platform is quite easy to use. All my needs were met and the customer support, especially Roberta, is not only very friendly but very helpful and has a solution to every question/problem in seconds, I am so very satisfied that I registered here on Trustpilot just to write this review for Instapage. Great platform, love it!
Garbage landing page software. Build plan only allows up to ONLY 30 Landing pages to he published at ANY time! If you want to have more than 30 published pages you need to upgrade to the "Convert Plan" and guess what, the convert plan is $45,000 ANUALLY!! Can you believe that, if you want more than 30 published pages it is $45k. This platform is a compete joke, horrible customer service. Took me over 2 weeks to finally get a demo with them. STAY AWAY from them. They are literally the worst platform and all the 5 star reviews you guys see out there are ALL FAKE REVEIWS! Stay away
Signed up for a free trial. Took me three months to realize they'd been billing me. Didn't touch the platform once but apparently they have a no refund policy. Awful practice.
While the instapage pager builder is very intuitive and well working, the customer service is even better. Due to Covid we had to cancel instapage and our customer success agent was very accomodating. It is true that you have to provide some information to cancel - to verify your account. But if you do so the process is smooth and expedient.
Thank you instapage customer service!
AVOID! This is a subscription trap! I tried to cancel membership with instapage, I made it very clear my work email address and that I would like to cancel immediately. At the time I was paying $199/month. The customer service team came back and confirmed they had received my email to cancel the membership and were sorry to see me go. They then came back a week later with an email that landed in my junk folder with a long list of things I had to provide to cancel, all of which they had on their system already. I did not see this email as it landed in my junk mail, why did it land in my junk folder unlike their other emails, why did they not at least pause the subscription? Why did they not follow up? Why did they not cancel the membership as per my clear request which they confirmed had been received and responded saying they were sorry to see me leave? Unfortunately, I was paying for the service on my American Express which is a large number of monthly transactions and their payments slipped through the net as my accounts team assumed we were still using the service. They continued to charge me and even had the audacity to put their fee up to $399/month without our permission. They've continued to charge for 15 months. I emailed Instapage expecting them to offer us a refund as we had clearly cancelled the membership and they had responded confirming they had received our request, instead they offered no apology but a blunt response saying they could not help. I've since checked their trust pilot reviews and can see this has happened to many businesses they work with. It's a subscription trap plain and simple, they make it as hard as possible to cancel and use tactics to keep you locked in even when you've made it clear you no longer want to use the service. I advise you strongly to avoid.
This is one of those rare companies that finds ways to stealthily bill you and then refuses to give you your money back once you notice.
The product is so-so, it would be good if it cost $40 per month. Unfortunately, it costs 5x that. At that rate, you're better off using a much cheaper tool.
The fact that Instapage allegedly specializes in easy, beautiful user experiences, but makes it highly difficult to cancel or get refunded when you are erroneously renewed, tells you everything. They know how to put a cancel button in your account management screen; they make you send an email to customer support. They know how to get your attention before you get billed; they charge you and give you a mere 24 hours to dispute it.
This business is simply looking to get you to buy their hype, overcharge you, and then charge you again and again until you jump through their hoops and cancel. Save yourself the trouble, keep looking for another product.
It should tell you something that the 1-stars are frequently complaining about billing and support, whereas many of the high reviews are marked as invited reviews.
We complained about the ridiculous set of price increases that were thrust upon us without any clear communication and were given the cut and paste response that others have received i.e. our concerns were batted away without a second thought (and our money kept in their pockets). Please be careful if you opt to sign up with this lot as they'll super-increase subscription prices by stealth and have zero interest in looking after their customers. A deeply sleazy operation in my view that's barely legal given their questionable approach to pricing and customer service. There are far better value options out there such as LeadPages and ClickFunnels. Please don't make the mistake we did; avoid Instapage at all costs!
Customer support. We had an issue where Instapage did not send our leads to our nominated email address for about 1 month. They said it was nothing on their end and blamed our email host. In the end, they discovered that it was an error with their suppression list from their microservice, causing those emails to never get sent. They offered no compensation, barely admitted it was an error and even refused to send the leads in bulk form to us - they made us download them one at a time...
This is just one of the many issues we have had with the product where the leads have not been sent to us. They deny responsibility, blaming anything else, before doing proper investigations.
The price increase but the quality doesn't. They increase the price because they know it's hard to migrate all your pages elsewhere. Stay away from instapage.
It is a very good landing page, very easy to generate pages with this tool without using code. The editor is very easy to use with its drag and drop function. It is very easy to publish either through your domain or by connecting to a site generated in wordress. The support service is quite efficient and gives very good service
Instapage Support & Lulia are incredible, she was helpful, friendly and professional and brilliantly solved all our queries and went the extra mile. You really get the impression she genuinely enjoys helping people!!:) Instapage Support is one of the main reasons we stay with Instapage and Lulia is a living example of that!! :)
Instapage is really easy to use and allow us to test and experiment ideas fast and then implement what works on our real website. Integrations are simple as saying "Hello", this is a must have for any growth marketer who needs to build landing pages for ads or dedicated objectives.
A great tool to build landing pages but lack a few functionalities and animations in terms of design.
Also, you are quite limited with monthly limits (ie: unique visitors) and it is very expensive to unlock them.
Price increase after price increase. The price continues to go up every few months for several years. It is at the point now where we are being forced to move our entire operation to Unbounce which is a painful process. If you plan to scale your operation using landing pages I highly recommend you go with a cheaper alternative. All of the features InstaPage has come out with over the years and continues to charge more for without giving you the option for a a la carte plan are useless. Maybe useful for someone but 95% of their customer base does not use the features and does not want to pay for them.

Hi Tim, and thank you for your feedback. I want to take a moment to recognize you and thank you for being a longtime customer at Instapage. With that, we also want to make sure you're aware of your pricing options moving forward. Depending on your current plan, we may be able to offer assistance. To confirm what options are available, we ask that you reach out to our live chat customer support team, who can help advise.
As Instapage changes over time, we realize that our customers may change too. In some cases, it can leave valuable customers feeling abandoned or left out. This is the last thing we want someone to feel. While price increases are never easy for any company to navigate, customers who share our vision and utilize our features have helped drive conversions higher than they've ever been before.
Our goal is to help our customers drive results and revenue through their post-click experiences. If you are not happy with the results of your landing pages, please reach out to our customer success team so we can help! Ultimately, we want the results you achieve with Instapage to pay for itself and then some.
Thank you, Tim.
Their landing page software is good.
However, they also run an agency to help maximize the conversion rate and will try to cannibalize your clients.
Having said that, there is little benefit as an agency to recommend Instapage to your clients because they will try to push their agency services to your clients such as conversion rate optimization.
Moreover, their price is really elevated, which doesn't make sense, because this would be the prime tool for agencies to manage multiple clients at the same time, but it's tough to want to work with the tool when they have sent blast emails offering their conversion rate optimization services to our clients...
I do want to say their customer service is amazing, and the software is really good, but it's just sad to see that they're competing directly with such a huge segment of their clientele (agencies).
Their support team is awesome. They always respond very quickly, and the staff is extremely friendly. The drag and drop editor has been my friend for as long as 8 years. I was an early adopter, and that loyalty is rewarded and recocknised by the team. Hats off.
