So adaptable to our needs and helped us managed our account via payment terms so quickly due to our companies contraints. Amazing customer service and great product.
These people are a joke. They started out fine back in the days it was less than $99 per month. Then some new clown named Tyson Quick (Quick Buck Tyson Quick) thought he’d make a “quick buck” and increase prices 1,000%.... they are clearly having financial problems. Their talking point is that they are adding “new features”... except most of us don’t use those dumb features and they know it and any company with good customer service would respect legacy pricing for their legacy customers.. speaking of customer service — good luck getting a human or a phone number to call. They just have little forms you can fill, that’s not customer service that’s a joke. They try to force you on their new prices saying but look at all the new cool (pointless) features...clowns. FYI now as of this month they upped their prices to $299 ($300) per month.... and you can’t even get a human on the phone haha. They are going to loose all their customers this way. Guys start going to Wix and other companies for simple landing pages. Companies that don’t have abusive pricing practices.
Hi Nick, thank you for taking the time to voice your feedback and concerns. As we evolve and grow as a company, we realize that we won't be a good fit for everyone's needs and unfortunately we may lose valued customers as a result. We are so appreciative of the customers that have been with us since the early days, and if it hasn't happened already, we would like to propose plan options to you as a legacy customer that you might not be aware of as we transition our pricing. To find out more, please reach out to our support team either through live chat or email at [email protected]. As far as customer service goes, we are constantly trying to expand our services at all plan levels where it makes sense. While we don't offer phone support for all subscription levels as you've mentioned, we do make a point to provide thorough written feedback, recorded video guidance, among other resources, and will continue to assess what we're capable of delivering. With that said, we want to be sure all of your questions are answered. If there's anything else we can address, feel free to reach out through live chat or email and we'll be sure to respond.
I am a super-small micro-business and will never reach "enterprise"-level in my market niche. So ultimately Instapage has evolved itself away from my business. That said, I started out with them years ago because they offered the most robust and flexible build-your-own landing page platform, and still do, in my experience. (I have 100 pages with them, and have built and deleted hundreds of others!). Again, not a heavy feature user but when I've needed help - even at my basic level - the support team has always been quick, friendly, and on the mark - giving me exactly the info I need, each and every time. May not be a cost-effective option for new micro-businesses like mine that are just looking for great landing pages, but I'm paid through the end of the year and will be sticking with them!
Stay away, there are better options Absolute rip off for $199 and now they have ANNOUNCED last week that the price will go up by $100 in June to $299! Beware, they have doubled the price in two years, If you spend a lot of time setting up your landing pages, you will be trapped because they will keep rising the price on you but it will be very time consuming to transfer to another landing page creator. They are extremely greedy nowadays and are not a suitable option for small businesses anymore. Thanks for nothing, I'll be making this widely known that instapage is a joke. I hope they are enjoying the loss of many small businesses. Truly disgusting to up the price another $100, after you rised the price last year by $100, that's an extra $200 per month in the space of one year! They keep rising, stay away!
Hi Daniel, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that pricing increases don't always come as welcome news. While this wasn't an easy decision for us to make, it will help us serve valued customers like yourself even better with new technology and enhanced customer experiences. Our goal is to help our customers drive the results and revenue. If you are not happy with the results of your landing pages, please reach out to our customer success team. We would be happy to help! Also, our support team is on standby to assist with anything else you need. Thank you!
Helpful support!!! In particular it was Lemo who helped me. He was very polite and explained everything to me with great dedication! He took time to solve my problem and that added a lot of value :)
I'm not a professional web designer, but I used Instapage to build landing pages for the last 6 months. I loved its features (heatmaps, form-specific conversion tracking, high customizability), and what I was able to design through it. My biggest complaint is about how it formats pages for mobile--they always looked totally wrong and I would spend hours reformatting/respacing them. You'd think that the platform would be intelligent enough to transfer your design, but it always messed it up. Other than that, I've enjoyed it--plus customer support has been very helpful at processing requests and fix bugs!
Instapage support, specifically a support staff named Andreea, provided quick and well done assistance to my webpage issues. Night and day beyond service of any other page builder platform I've experienced.
Where have you been all my life, Instapage? I'm so over dealing with cumbersome Wordpress pages that make me do too much thinking in terms of layout and trying to figure out what should go where. This platform has been a lifesaver for our small business that markets a ton. I've only every had great customer service also, so not sure if they upped their game or if the typical 'pissed customers tell 10x as many folks as happy customers do' is at play here. Nevertheless we're very happy customers and we appreciate the great platform, usability and customer service.
Lemo via chat helped me tremendously. No wait time at all, he spent over 30 min on my problem. I have used clickfunnels previously and I would get emails back in 48-72 hrs. Most companies are going the email rather than the live chat route. The power of Instapage, the aesthetics, ease of use, and customer support make this a no-brainer. WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I run a small business, and the landing page conversion for contests and such has been phenomenal
As a demand generation manager, Instapage solved 10 things at once for me in a very short amount of time. I was able to build a webinar page in a few hours, integrate it with Go To Webinar, contact support for help with domain connection and UTM hidden fields, they helped me sort it all out. It also integrates with Salesforce and pardot so well.
did not have a chance in the time frame to actually test out the service so I don't have any feedback on quality of the service.
Thank you for stopping by, however, if you did not have time to test it out, we are curious why you left a review here?
As a new customer (4 months), I have been incredibly impressed with the quality and capabilities of the Instapage platform. I have used every product on the market, and Instapage has helped me create better landing pages faster. I'd contribute this to their features like Instablocks and their industry + use cases specific layouts. My team and I are also loving the built-in visual collaboration feature to discuss the design and copy changes directly on-page. For me, the extra features that nobody else has like Heatmaps, AdMap, Instablocks, Multi-Step Forms, and Collaboration more than make-up for the fact that they don't have a "cheap" plan. However, for my team, $149/month is a drop in the bucket if only looking at the time savings it provides alone. We are consistently getting a 13% conversion rate, which is 3x our website homepage. I would like to see Instapage add the ability to natively connect to a few additional platforms without having to use the Zapier plugin. Keep up the excellent work, Instapage team. Ignore the naysayers.
Thank you for the review, Callum. It is greatly appreciated. Also, congrats on the conversion success.
Tons of bugs, slow, cannot collaborate with multiple people on the same page. They aggressively compress images to save bandwidth, and they look Pixelated/blurry all the time unless you contact their support. They dont support basic things navigation menus with dropdowns, you need custom HTML (aka developer support), which defeats the whole purpose of the tool. Every single page takes ~5 to 10 seconds to load, INCLUDING PREVIEW of what your building. If you’re working on pixel perfect alignment of small details, it gets very finicky and inefficient! If someone edits the page, you have a “exclusive lock” saying that someone else is editing. That’s 2000-ish way of collaborating online, but the worst part is that you have to wait 10 minutes after they have finished to edit to take over, without an option to override. If you have a distributed team, you’re going to spend A LOT of time waiting. Their A/B test user experience is SO confusing, out team ended up deleting the “right” pages by accident several times. The worst part: they never take responsibility and apologize when something goes wrong, and always come up with excuses. You can also see that lack accountability in how they respond to reviews here. Stay away from this tool, use unbounce if you want something lean, webflow if you want something a bit more sophisticated.
Hi Charles, its been over a year but like they say better late than never! Many thanks for your candid review. While we wish that we could cater to every customer request, the unfortunate reality is that our platform won't always be the best solution for every use case. If you need drop-down menus, you are correct in recommending something similar to a website builder where functions like this come standard. For landing pages, menus tend to detract from a page's primary goal, resulting in fewer conversions. For this reason, among others, we've decided to omit this kind of functionality for now. While no platform can be perfect, we work hard to give our customers a stable platform free of bugs. If we can't provide you exactly what you need at the time, our goal is to guide you towards the next best thing. If there's anything we can do to help guide you in the right direction today, please don't hesitate to reach out. We aim to deliver great customer experiences, and when it's not, comments like these allow us to reflect and improve. Thank you again for your feedback.
The new pricing is excessive. Instapage claims to be a conversion hub but is still mostly a landing page builder. A damn good one, but not at twice the price or more than the competition. Given the COVID-19 situation, I wanted to "pause" my account - make it dormant for a period of time. They have no such option, so I was forced to cancel. Forcing everyone to buy the "deluxe" package seems silly. Maybe it will work for them, and maybe expunging small agencies like mine is the goal. If so, it worked.
THERE IS NO FEATURE TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT ! Since 2 months we try to cut the monthly payment, but it is simply Impossible to stop. Instapage can easily be replace by unbounce, landen or webflow that does the same or even more but cheaper !
I don't know what this company is, but I have a charge of $1788 that just appeared on my credit card statement in mid March.
