This product is an expensive piece of recycling. Took a month to arrive and used it for 5min. And realized it was of no value. Poor construction, instructions were little to no help. Wheels don’t stay straight and the only thing keeping them from spinning with the blade, is the wire guard. Extremely disappointed and would like my money back. Only other thing that came close to my disappointment was clothing from China. Product is nothing like advertised.

Cheaply made products that are advertised much differently. Offers a 30 day "risk-free" trial but refuses to honor a refund if you are not pleased with the purchase. You will end up having to request a chargeback with your bank account if you don't like what you received so don't even bother buying from them. There is a reason their products are cheaper than visiting your local Lowe's or Home Depot! Oh and the customer service? Non-existent unless you involve a third party bank or request a chargeback! Then all of a sudden they want to "make things right" except they don't.

Bought the 3 in 1 weeder. I tried several times to assemble and just couldn’t get it right. My friend owns a lawnmower repair shop. I asked him to assemble. He took one look at it and advised to repackage and return to sender. Currently my nephew has it. He loves a challenge but after spending hours trying to assemble he also gave up. My sister’s boyfriend is going to give it a try. I predict it will eventually wind up in the trash while the grass and weeds grow longer each day.

I purchased a Drip Irrigation Kit with 360° Flexible Hose and timers from itoolmax and recently installed them to keep my recently planted trees watered. The results exceeded my expections. Website said 30-day trial for a garden cart. It did not say that it was not recommended for elderly or disabled. Seat is on a one-inch screw up post and not very stable to sit on. Tried to get a refund, they offered 15 percent. Cost $35 to return it after a dispute through the credit card was denied because iToolMax said we hadn't contacted them. Two and a half months later, we are still waiting. They have the stool and our money. We will never buy from them again.

If I could give them a no star review then I would. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They don’t keep their promises as to having a 30 day trial usage. I purchased a weed wacker and lawn mower and the weed wacker lasted only one day as the nylon cord broke off during the first hour of operation. I attempted to remove the weed wacker attachment according to the instructions booklet and it doesn’t seem to come off. The company itself doesn’t have a working phone number, the customer service team doesn’t seem to be concerned about the customer who purchased the piece of cheap plastic from them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from buying from this company. They ignored all of my emails and they still send me advertisements for other products that I wouldn’t have any use for . This company isn’t but a scam

Lawnmower is a piece of junk. It took support 2 weeks or more to respond. The charger worked 2 times and will no longer work. The handle turns while you are mowing. It does not get close to edges around any fences or sidewalks. You still have to go back and use a weed eater to get close. I asked for a full refund and they said. Having the worst time with this company. I ordered a trimmer, watched the ad it looked amazing, however the trimmer couldn’t even cut through regular grass edging, it’s now months and months of back and forth emails trying to get this item sent back for a refund. It takes so long for them to reply and once the do they request stupid information, I’ve send pictures twice now of the trimmer, I notified them within hours of the receipt of the trimmer that it doesn’t do what the ad says. Awful company stay well away. And the products are cheap and nasty.

The Itoolmax has allowed me to keep my raised beds weed free. The small tiller is ideal for my beds 16'x4' and 8'x4' and easy for me (female) to handle. Its easy to manuver and cleans up easily. I love the pole extension (easy on my back) and the hand held adaption. Thank you for a quality product.
