First and foremost - your products are brilliant. I'm an engineer and keeping it simple is paramount. I absolutely LOVE my 8.3" mower. Light, simple to assemble and use with batteries - beyond wonderful. If you have a lawn larger than say 20'x30' - get the larger versions. ) I believe this is the weed wacker? Perhaps have your marketing folks clarify :) I use it for a full sized lawn and simply break it into three sections. I do them in a nice, simple "Hey, if feel like having fun and using my little iToolmax" sections. ((Quick thoughts for your team - the 1" square on the handle sticks. I feel it should be a simple push down and stay down. I have to hold it down for some reason. And maybe have a logistics consultant audit your shipping process. There are a few kinks.))

I bought this on faith and was so glad I did. I am older and pushing my reel mower was just getting to be too much work. I love that it's electric and I don't have to fuss with gas and noise and such. I have had to use this mower when my lawn was 7-8" high and it cut right through it. I tease with my friends that I am going out to vacuum the lawn as it moves so easily with just one hand. I am not cutting a large area or I would have invested in the large model, probably about 20 x 100 feet. When the grass has not gotten away from me I can cut it all on one battery life. The price was unbeatable. The only issue I have, which I addressed with the company is that I have trouble holding down both the on/off button and the handle at the same time and so it often cuts out on me if I am switching hands but that's just more of an irritation, a slightly different design or not as sensitive a button would fix that. Also my grip isn't what it used to be. I highly recommend if obviously you don't have a huge yard and then I might recommend looking at one of their larger models (wider cut). It's just so darn cute!

The product is total.garbage...its weak and does t work as advertised. The problem is you have to keep trying to get it to work properly. During this process you are using the tools. At that point you cant return it so you are basically SOL.

This product is an absolute winner! I had one before and tried to order it again but never got the product (they took my money.) itoolmax delivered timely and the product performed as expected. Solar Ionizer treating pool water and eliminating algae build up, minimizing chlorine and keeping the water sparkling clear. I purchased the Grass Trimmer June 5 after seeing the ads and read some reviews which at the time were mostly positive. After receiving the item, I immediately assembled it according to instructions and noticed right away the parts are mostly plastic and flimsy design. I tested it in a small area of the lawn, not thick and thought it shouldn't be a problem to trim. I was so disappointed that aside from the wheels being wobbly, its not cutting properly at all. The test lasted for 10 minutes and decided that this unit is poorly designed using shabby materials.
I contacted Custoner Support June 5 on the same day I got the unit. It took them June 15 to respond apologizing and OFFERED a 20% REFUND AND I CAN KEEP THE UNIT.
I replied explaining that I don't want the poorly designed and defective unit and want a FULL REFUND according to the Terms and Conditions stipulated in their website regarding 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They replied June 25 apologizing again but this time offering a 30%REFUND and stating that this is the best they can offer.
I replied with a Demand Letter to give my REFUND. They replied July 5 apologizing AGAIN but this time OFEERING TO SEND A REPLACEMENT PART ONLY for the Metal Guard??? And asked me to take a picture of the damaged unit explaining what the damages were and what I was doing, etc.
THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY REFUND ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND SCAM.STAY AWAY. I'm angry and lost $170 and stuck with a unit that DOES NOTHING!

I thank Trustpilot for the help I received with my previous message concerning Itoolmax. They responded with a 10% credit if I would keep the garden stool. Then an offer for 20% discount. I do not want the garden stool; I'm looking for a return authorization. This is concerning order number 232390. I'm 79 years old and was looking for a stool to use indoors. This will not work with my floors.

I have been able to use it thru 2 battery charges and now neither battery will charge. So I guess you get 2 batteries fully charged and that is all you get. Time to throw it out.

I purchased four wheel 3in1 lawn mower put the weed whacker on and the motor spins it right off, like it’s going backwards the threads on the motor head only go on one way also the threads on the rope only allows it to go on one way , something is wrong here.

I purchased a cordless pool vac that I thought would be ideal for my steps and swim out area, I was wrong. It was usless and didn't pick up the dirt. I have been trying to return it for over a month. They have yet to give me a return address after a dozen plus emails and pictures. I have recieved three from them requesting pictures and offering me a discount. I am stuck with a $110 lawn ornament. Their customer service and guarantte is worthless.
It's going on 2 months now, the product has been sent back and I'm stilling waiting on my refund

This mower may be small but it is alittle power house of a product. I have a large area around my Flower beds that I would half to use the weedeater instead of the mower. But I now I have your great little product and it looks better than the actual mowing of the yard does. Thank you so much for your neat invention.

Shady construction offers no firm structure. Wheel frame bends easily lowering the cutting blades. Easy enough to assemble but so disappointed in the performance. Nothing at all like you see in the ad video. I truly feel I fell for the ads and wasted my money. Will have to depend on the old weed wicker that process more power from its battery operated system.

If i could make their rating -0 i would!! i have wrote multiple emails to their support line, tried to call multiple times without ever getting a response. i ordered a 3/1 trimmer tool with wheels for edging. my order #240722 on June 10/26. checked my bank to make sure payment was made to make sure product was paid for, yes!!! & still no product!!! i have no other recourse other than to warn others about ordering from this company, you may or may not ever receive it as i didn’t!!
