I had to lose wr...lugging 170# around with my arthritis was exhausting...the site was up front...they helped along the way...I reached goal wt of 110#. I am able to move about more freely ...I am now on my maintenance dose...all my treatments were on time.there was suggestion and encouragement along the...when there was a problem with my account it was settled right away...only thing that might need some work is the web site...sometimes it gets looping about and I have to sign out to get it to stop..all in all it is and has been a good experience..thank everyone at ivy

A prescription product that was supposed to stay refrigerated was delivered warm. It was ineffective. The second delivery was even warmer and looked like it had spilled into the baggie it was shipped in. I sent them pictures. They told me it was probably from the cold packs. They were intact. They told me it was safe to use as long as it was below 63 degrees. It was 107 degrees outside when it arrived warm to the touch. Customer service was not helpful. Now I have to fight for a refund.
