Lesther provided excellent customer service when I had a question. However, I'm removing a star because it's awful policy from IVY RX to require your customer service reps to tell their customers to leave a review so they can close out your customer service ticket. So, sorry to Lesther if this 4 star review has a negative impact on you, but hopefully your management will take note that this is a terrible strategy to try to get five star reviews.

Wonderful service speedy response medication easy to take. if I could change, only one thing is that they don’t deliver to Canada that’s my only problem.

There are way too many emails after I submitted my request for cancelation. I did not like receiving retention attempts after I was told my cancelation request was submitted. I was then told the order had been processed and I couldn't cancel, even though I submitted cancelation request the same day the order was charged. I let them know I didn't authorize payment in which they proceeded with the cancelation and provided the refund. I didn't like that tactic. I don't like the multiple emails to give a 5 star review when I didn't feel I had 5 star service.The 3 stars is because I eventually had my problem resolved but I would never purchase from here or promote to others.
