Gorgeous coat
Gorgeous, slim, smart elegant coat with hood. Long enough to cover long skirts. SO warm, and reversible. Quite striking and individual. Makes the wearer feel very special

Bought two dresses online in the sale. Went to return them but noticed it said no returns. Completely against all online selling regulations. Emailed four times quoting regulations. Absolutely nothing back. Trying CEO next.
