I ordered 3 jerseys and I qualified for the mystery jersey and free shipping. Well two of the jerseys were Adult size XL based off the size guide. I also ordered a child’s jersey size 7-8, and I paid for customization on all 3 jerseys. I asked for the mystery jersey to also be a child’s 7-8. The jerseys arrived almost a month later and the mystery jersey was an adult XL, the two adult jerseys fit like medium size and I used the size chart provided. I wrote back to advise I had a problem with my order and almost a week later I was told, no problem we can switch the jerseys for you or you can send them back for a refund. I said great, let’s get them exchanged for the correct sizes, well that was a month ago and I haven’t heard a single response since. The quality of the jerseys were good but the customer service has been horrible. I just want the right sizes and I can’t get these guys to respond. My son and I wanted matching jerseys for a Portugal game my wife got us tickets to. I ended up going to Dicks Sporting Goods to get the jerseys and now I am out 200 from this order plus 350 for the dicks jerseys. Don’t shop here, pay the extra and buy it in the US.

Ordered an England special edition shirt for the world cup took over a month to arrive after the tournament had finished and to find a cheap copy these shirts are not cheap so when ordering you think they are the real deal sent email asking for the return details for a full refund but no response I have messaged several times now don't buy from this Rip off Company 🤬.
I ordered a jersey a whole month before the World Cup. I never got the jersey. It was delivered to the wrong the address. They have no phone number no chat, they only communicate via emails. It’s has now been 3 months and they have not refunded me nor gave me another jersey. My advice to you it’s not worth the headache stay away from this company.
I have NOT RECEIVED the jersey set ordered from Jersey Loco on June 11. I have inquired several times and have been told they were shipping an additional set, then the company was sending three additional jerseys. Still nothing. This company is not trustworthy.
I returned a jersey over six weeks ago in hopes of receiving an exchange for a larger size. The return was confirmed and after three weeks I asked about my exchange. I did receive an email confirming that I would receive a tracking number when the exchange was mailed. Now, after six weeks I have been attempting to contact the company for a refund rather than an exchange that has yet to be shipped. No response after several attempts.
Do not buy anything from this company. I returned a jersey that was not my size 4 months ago and they have not refunded me back for my order even after returning the jersey back to them and them confirming they have received it.

The order came WAY TOO LATE. I was not able to wear it to any of the World Cup games, which is why I ordered. Also, the one I ordered for myself is WAY TOO SMALL. It's a women's Large but it's more like a child's small. I would like to return it but not sure if it's worth it considering how long it took the first time.
There was no communication about expected delivery times. Yes, the website tells you it takes up to 10-15 business days, but the tracking info never updated before I received my jerseys. The entire process took a month from order to delivery. What was most confusing was that I received an email asking me to review my jerseys weeks before I ever received anything about them shipping.
Absolutely ridiculous that I ordered on June 20, and it’s a month later and haven’t gotten even a reply on my order. 3 weeks I even messaged support. I got my order confirmation email and 2 weeks later I got a “how did your jersey turn out” email. How would I know when I never even received my order?!! My tracking number still says “waiting for carrier update” never got my jerseys at all. I demand a full refund!
I’ve waited for a month and have not received any news of my jerseys definitely never ordering from here again I ordered no badge no names which was supposed to be faster and the World Cup is now over.
Be VERY careful when ordering from this company! If for any reason you need to exchange anything, they will promptly ask you to send back the items that you need exchanged, but they will never send you the replacements, let alone give you a refund for them! I have been on their backs for months now, at first for the exchange and now for a refund, and they have not had the decency to reply to my messages. You have been warned, order at your own risk, but they are not a reliable or trustworthy company to order from.

Update. I received my jerseys 6 weeks later but the World Cup is over. After I left the original review JL got in touch with me and said they’d check on it. My issue is I couldn’t email support. When I checked the website I couldn’t track my package. The jersey is fine. A bit tight for an XL though. If you order don’t expect fast service.
