I have not yet received my USMNT or Canada Soccer home jerseys, and it has been nearly a month since I placed my order. I was impressed with Soccer Loco's assortment of jerseys, but I am getting disappointed with your customer service.

Customer service is non existent

Placed an order over a month ago for my sons birthday — it never came. Customer service is non existent, can't get in touch with anybody. Dashboard on the site says my order has been completed, but there is no tracking or proof of shipment. Very shady.

Jerseys never arrived

I got an email asking my how my jerseys appeared when they arrived? But they never did and I still don't have a refund after canceling my order. This company is fraudulent and needs to be investigated for its crimes against customers. Sincerely, a criminologist! Edit: after threatening to press criminal charges against the company, they sent the jerseys. But the jerseys were not personalized, which we paid for. No number or name on the jerseys even though we paid for it. No world cup patch on the jerseys even though we paid for it. This company is just corrupt to the core.

Terrible customer service, better to pay more from reputable vendor

To be fair, their products are high quality. But their delivery takes about a month, and if anything goes wrong with the order, good luck getting it resolved. Their 'customer service' is an AI application that promises action but NEVER takes it. Be careful of the 'free mystery jersey' promotion. The website malfunctions. It had nowhere for me to select a size for the jersey, yet it didn't let me check out until I selected a size! So I added another mystery jersey, meaning to subtract it later (dealing with an illogical app) but then it just places the order! Without a confirmation button! Now I have two misc. jerseys that I didn't want and are the wrong size, and I've been stuck waiting for their AI to respond. They have no human customer service. Better to pay more to a reputable vendor than get stuck in this misery.

It’s a scam website

If I could give no star at all, I will. I think these guys are a scam and no one should order from them. Ordered almost $300 worth of merchandise on June 18 and the items haven’t shipped yet per tracking information. You cannot even reach anyone to answer your questions.

Frankly disappointed with this company

Frankly disappointed with this company. I ordered a team kit with the expectation that it “ships fast”. It took almost 3 weeks to ship. Then when I finally received the tracking information, the shipping status hasn’t changed in 2 weeks and says “Exception”. I have reached out to customer service 4 times with no response. I would NOT recommend this company!!!

Maybe I'll get my order someday

I placed an order on June 11 and I am still waiting for it. They are unresponsive so I am unable to cancel my order. The tracking information has simply shown "Return to customers" since June 30th. I am so frustrated.

No customer service, no social media to be found, missing item

I bought 2 jerseys on June 13th on a promo 2x$99, the package arrived on July 8th with one jersey. Wrote 3 emails, they have no social media to be found but they still send me newsletters. The jersey is excellent quality so far (reason I'm giving 2 stars) but I'm very disappointed not getting a response to solve the problem. I can't recommend it, "you get what you paid for", also they take too long to arrive. I ended up paying $100 for 1 item. I should've spent that money on a local business.

I’ve been trying to get my jerseys…

I’ve been trying to get my jerseys delivered bc Jersey loco messed up my address for delivery…. The customer service email doesn’t respond. It’s been two weeks!!!! Now I’m out $150 fo 3 jerseys! Stay way from this website! They don’t communicate!

Delayed shipping & still no jersey

I find it hilarious that I was sent an email to ask for a review when I haven’t even received my jersey. It’s been 2.5 weeks and no jersey. So when you ask, how did we do with your jersey? I wouldn’t know. I still don’t have it after 2.5 weeks.
