It's a Hit or Miss gamble and I would not recommend purchasing through this Website. I have still not received my order that I I placed for 2 children football jersey and shorts with customised names and numbers on the 28 of May, It is now the 16/07/2026 and I have still not received my order. I have been tracking my order through the website as this the only way I can and they still have not provided a courier service name. Tracking through the website still shows no updated since 16 of May 2026 and is very vague on the information provided on where the item is located. Item seems like it's coming from China. The last email I received in regard to this matter is that they would contact their shipping partner right away to get an update on your package’s current location and estimated delivery date and yet I have still not received any more information in regards to my order. It is well over a month now since I have placed an order and I still have no item delivered. They have not been helpful at all. Unhappy customer Jay

The company has mo communication, I ordered on June 15. It is now July 14 and I still do t have my jerseys. Can't get a refund because there is no communication. Stay away fro. This co.

Placed the order on June 22nd. It was suppose to be created and shipped on June 30th. The order showed as a filled order on July 1, which was later than they said, but with the World Cup I get that orders are up. Emailed once to see where the order was and got no response, that was on July 1. And tried to cancel July 5, no response again. I pushed to cancel again because they did not keep up their end of the bargain, yet received no response. One month later, they are shipping my order and I don't need it one bit. When this company states that that the order is filled and they are waiting on the shipping agent they are LYING. They stink at taking responsibility they want to blame the shipper who has no idea. Kits in stock? You will get it in 3 weeks. Kits you need rushed and want them customized? Good luck with that. NOT.GOING.TO.HAPPEN I'm supposed to get these kits a week late and I am supposed to be happy about them, but I am here to tell you they are wrong. If you need it in a month, they are impeccable. If you need them when they promise them, you will waste your money and be incredibly disappointed.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Ordered a kit over 6 weeks ago and still don't have my item. Says it shipped, then had a customer exception, whatever that means. Emailed the company multiple times requesting a status update and have yet to get a response. Not even a response.

They closed my case without resolving the issue of me not receiving what I paid for. I am in the midst of trying to get a refund but please, DO NOT BUY from their website. The people there are bozos.
Bought the wronf size they fixed it
Sizes fit slim so if you are thicker or husky buy larger than you wear. I found this out and these guys were awesome and let me exchange them. Also due to world cup ending basically this week they let me swap out the worldcup patches for a name and # on the jerseys i purchased. Can't say enough great things about these guys their Jerseys are fantastic!

Took too long to receive, tried to refuse the order or cancel and couldn't.A couple of the jerseys were for birthday gifts, and the mystery jerseys were for female that were xxl which wouldn't have have any use for. I had to pay out of pocket $30 for shipping with tracking, plus $4 for customs.

Asking me to leave a review well before there’s even an update on shipping is a bold move Cotton. I have a useless tracking number that takes me to something that has been “Shipping Label Created” since July 1st with no other updates. It’s likely a scam but will update if my stuff ever shows up.

Not original! Material is different than an original shirt. It is a replica. They won’t give you a return label so I had to pay $20 to return the shirts. It has been 4 weeks since I shipped them and I have gotten no response. No response to my emails either and I have not received any refund! I am so disappointed

I ordered 2 jerseys 28 days ago . I was told it would be 10 to 15 days to deliver. I then received an email that my payment never processed (the exact amount of my order was taken from my bank account) I then got another email that they were starting my order . I now cant get a response, have no tracking number and havent seen a product since. I would just love to receive the 2 jerseys I bought to give as gifts .
