I purchased 5 bridesmaids dresses on the same order, having previously paid for the ‘try-on’ service, great we thought, picked a colour ordered the dresses fab. When the dresses arrived there were THREE different shades. I spoke with customer service who stated we needed to add a note if we wanted them from the same fabric run, despite they were ordered together. In what world would I want three different shades of the same colour of dresses ordered together?! To return them we’ll have to pay despite it obviously being a mistake on the company’s part. It’s a complete and utter joke. My wedding is in two months and this has caused so much stress, avoid at all costs.

I have ordered 3 dresses in both medium and a large. I am a true medium I every single dress I own, however, these were too small even the large! There was 0 difference between the medium and large. Now I am out $60, have no dress, and cannot get refund. The company wants to give me a $20 coupon as if I’m ever going to shop there again.

We paid 85 euros for a bridesmaid dress and it was lost during delivery (DPD 'lost' the package). JJ’s house were somewhat slow to respond but they did offer me a replacement, which I appreciate. If the dress arrives, the whole process will have taken 2 months so bear this in mind when planning your wedding!

I bought several items from them including a "mystery bag" of 5 dresses and 3 "try on" dresses that I returned after they showed me what I needed to know about the style. I interacted with customer service a few times to ask questions, and they were always very friendly and helpful. Ultimately I ordered a custom sized gown that came out absolutely perfect and fit me really well. The quality was good, and being able to have it custom sized for only $20 more was an excellent value - and of course, made the formal gown look great on me. I would absolutely use them again for any formalwear needs. Note: we also bought my partner's matching tie and pocket square through them. It was so nice to be able to easily get an exact color match. Excellent company, and I highly recommend them. I was nervous trusting an online-only company at first, but they absolutely met my expectations AND got me a gorgeous custom gown for less than I would have paid to get an off-the-rack one locally and have it altered. Great company and service. Allow enough time for shipping and manufacturing, especially if you get a custom size.

Absolutely beautiful dress, fits well jyst a bit too long but I'm not tall and as slim as your model. Just a bit of tailoring to fix it otherwise totally pleased with the dress love it.

Ordered my senior prom dress well in advance. JJ's decided to cancel the whole order last minute, wouldn't make it right and get me another dress in time. I had to run out and find whatever I could off the rack. There wasn't much selection where I lived so I ended up having to buy a short dress that I layered a skirt over. Didn't look as bad as it sounds, but it sure wasn't the prom experience I was hoping for. If it's for an important event, don't trust JJ's House. Response to Company: I'm sure it was cancelled for a "specific reason." However, the reason for cancellation doesn't matter. (Unless it was due to a payment issue on our end, which it wasn't.) The only thing that matters is that JJ's house left me without a dress for prom. My parents placed the order, obviously, so I don't have access to the order number at this time. Besides, there's nothing that can be done now. I'm not interested in your response. I'm simply warning others not to purchase from your company.

Garbage. The dress that I ordered looks like a long shirt it is not even remotely the same color as pictured which was why I bought it was the vibrant color from the picture now I see I have to jump through hoops to return it and I will not be given back the shipping fee and other fees and at the end of the day I just wasted money on nothing I literally spent money and got nothing of value back, the material is cheap and the dress does not look like pictured it does not even look like a dress but rather possibly a long shirt the material is very cheap and thin, again the color is off substantially. I do not like the color of the dress that arrived and it does not reflect the photo image on website, total 😞 disappointment.

*** DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Paid $600 for a custom order dress. It was delivered and is so poorly made and the tulle is cut horribly. The dress looks so cheap. Because it was a custom order they won’t refund even though the dress is defective. Not to mention the dress was 6 inches shorter than the measurements provided. It’s now completely unusable and JJs house refuses to provide a refund. They offered a 10% discount on the next order which is an absolute joke. I get that there are no refunds on custom orders but an exception should be made as proof was shown on how garbage this dress was made. Even if the tulle wasn’t a complete disaster, it’s 6 inches too short despite providing the correct measurements.

What’s happened to the tayloring option and petite sizes? I loved the last gown ordered a few years ago that was fully taylored to my measurements. Thought I’d return to JJs for this order, but no luck with petite size or tayloring. Had to return. Please let me know. I’d like to order from you again.
