I never received a shipping/tracking email as promised. When using the app to try to track the shipment, there was no shipping carrier listed. The dress arrived 3 days after the latest date given in my delivery window.

We were pleasantly surprised! (After reading negative reviews) The customer service department went above and beyond to try and ensure arrival of dress would come in time for my daughter’s graduation. The quality of the dress exceeded our expectations and was more beautiful in person!

Very pleased with my dress. It’s true to size, good quality for the price. Looks exactly like it does online. Customer service was also excellent, I was unable to find my parcel because the delivery man left it in a very unusual place, JJ’s house followed up and helped me locate the parcel within less than 24 hours.

After having an amazing experience with their try-at-home process, I ordered a custom-made dress to wear at my son's wedding. All of the try-at-home dresses came quickly from a location in the U.S., were quality dresses, and were packaged in such a way that they were ready to wear. My custom dress came from overseas wadded in a tiny box and looking very different than what I was expecting. The quality of the fabric was poor, and the dress did not fit. There was no allowance made in the hip measurement, and since there was no give in the fabric, the dress was too tight. I ordered the equivalent of a size 14 dress, and the length of the dress was nearly 6 inches shorter than that of a size 00 dress. I am short, but not that short! I filled out their "contact us" form on their website and received no response. I only received a response after questioning a discount they added to my account for future use after I completed their survey to express my displeasure. I have had two responses since the 2nd time I contacted them and currently have been waiting 5 days for a response from my last email.

The dress was beautiful and even nicer than I had expected. It was custom made and fitted perfectly. It is a stylish and classy dress and the colour as represented on the site. It is the 2nd time I have ordered 2 dresses from here, for both daughter’s weddings, 9 years apart. Still very easy to deal with, and prompt delivery with good communication. I recommend them.

Save yourself the heartbreak from using this company. Even if there seems to be a savings or type dress that appeals to you. This company is located in one country but ships product from another using a shipping company with a horrible reputation online. Customer service will just keep passing the blame and you will be left with no product and out your money. There are so many companies online that not only provide basic customer service, but provide excellent service. Do not trust JJ's House look elsewhere.

I left messages, reviews, sent emails, and you claim I didn't communicated with you? You charged me for dresses I never received so I have put together a list of people with similar experiences all over the internet (you even have your own FB group of victims). I may have to pay over 1k for dresses I "rented" but never received but we together are preparing a class action suit...I dread the day I decided to try your company but I'm not letting this go so easily. Shame on you.

Our customer service team responded to your initial email and requested the necessary information to confirm the issue. However, we did not receive your reply or any information in a timely manner. You later mentioned that you returned the parcel but were unable to provide further details.
Please understand that we have confirmed that all six dresses were shipped to you, with a total parcel weight of 8 lbs 2 oz, and we only received one dress back. Our website states that you should return any try-on dresses you do not wish to keep within one week of receiving your order. If this policy is not followed, you will be charged the full price.
We also noticed that you have contacted PayPal regarding this matter, and we are willing to assist in confirming the issue through them.

My dress is perfect. Custom service was amazing- shipped on day promised. Customer service responses were quick & helpful. Try on at home service is great - just be aware that you may not be able to try on the exact dress size/color your interested in. The variety & quality of dresses is wonderful.
