I have ordered from this site for numerous years for my military ball gowns, they were all beautifully made and while they didnt fit perfect, im rather small and did not custom order. my kids actually still wear them now, so they are made to last as well.

Website was a bit confusing when trying to navigate the returns of try on dresses and purchasing a dress to keep was difficult because payment method wasn’t working until I contacted company and had to process credit card through paypall

I’m late in making this review, but better late than never! I was so very pleased with the dress I received just in time for my trip to Roatan for the wedding last year. Gorgoeus dresses, unfortunately they don't fit and I'm having to return them at a cost to myself - postage is deducted from your refund!

The bridesmaid dress arrived and looked lovely. However. On the wedding day at the wedding breakfast and before any strenuous activity the skirt literally came away from where it was stitched to the bodice! This was very distressing to the small girl wearing it and also the bride and groom as photos were still being taken. On complaining to jjs house I was literally accused of causing the problem! This dress was not Fit for Purpose! It was shoddy workmanship. I was offered an insulting 30% refund! Shocking! My advice is avoid this company and spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered a dress with my ‘exact measurements’ and the dress was too big in several areas. Would not recommend if you want to have the dress custom made. Had a small partial refund but it is still a lot of money I lost on this.

I ordered two flower girl dresses, the shoes and hair pieces from JJ'S and questioned ordering because of mixed reviews and such a price difference ( cheaper) but I am happily pleased! These are for my daughter's upcoming wedding . The dresses for the girls are beautiful, a great quality in fabric and stitching as is the rest of everything I ordered. It was quick shipping and up to date communication but I will now order my mother of the bride dress and shoes from them as well. I can't express how nice this purchase was and how much it saved money wise

⚠️ BEWARE OF JJ’S HOUSE — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I participated in JJ’s House Try-On at Home program and ordered several dresses to try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with them because, in my opinion, they did not look like the dresses pictured in the advertisements or on the website. I returned every single dress and was still charged for them. So now I’m left with no dresses and charges to my account, and trying to get this resolved has been incredibly frustrating. The worst part has been the customer service — virtually nonexistent. I have been unable to get proper assistance or speak with someone who can actually resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from JJ’s House, especially through the Try-On at Home program. Buyer beware. Zero dresses. Charges to my account. And absolutely ZERO meaningful customer service.

I ordered what should have been matching dickie bows, pocket squares and ties all in light blue colour for my wedding but they were all different shades and even matching product codes were different shades of light blue beside each other which was very disappointing. Surely the same fabric and colour should match!

There should be a no star rating. I've already left a review about my missing delivery. I was told I need to "contact the shipper" and was provided with an invalid number. Apparently I'm supposed to guess who the shipper is....and I've lost another 1.5 days as they are very slow to respond. Based on my limited experience, this is about the worst customer service I've received and do not recommend purchasing from here. Save your money and shop local. Lesson learned. I also can't wait to start the return process since I can't use the dress and had to buy another....I've read mixed reviews about that.

I ordered a dress for an event and specifically went with a dress that would delivered by Aug 30 latest. It’s now Sept 1. No dress and no response to my message sent yesterday inquiring where the dress is. I am now scrambling to find another dress. I won’t be ordering from here again.
