Went to the store in london had to pay for an appointment was given 50 minutes. No correct sizes either 18 or 10 no different colours only on the swatches they really do not care that the size is wrong for you and just keep telling you to go to website total waste of time save you money

I had never ordered from JJs House before, but I have to say I had such an amazing experience that from now on all my dresses will be purchased here. I ordered 3 dresses to try on. The colors are beautiful. The material is excellent and gorgeous. They dont always have the try on dress in the color you want available but you can order swatches. I did find one I liked and kept it for purchase. The order, purchase and return was so easy and everything went smooth.

Delivery was fine but absolutely no customer service. I bought a dress for £50 and only wore it once. I washed it as per the instructions so a hand wash as it was a delicate material and the material on one side look like little pulls. Tried emailing the company 3 times and no response. Very disappointed as some of their dresses are stunning buy it has put me off purchasing from them ever again. Appreciate your reply but I ordered it for a wedding on 8th August so obviously it wouldn't be returned within the timeframe as I hadn't worn it. I wore it once that is it

You basically get what you paid for! But I have to say it wasn't bad at all. I ordered my wedding dress customised and it was flawless. The material is soft. The fabric quality could have been a bit better given that it was tailored in China but again, still much better than spending thousands of dollars for something you only wear once for a few hours! I purchased my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, ties and pocket squares from JJ's house and i'm so glad I did, I saved a fortune. We had them all custom sized. My dress fit like a dream, the only thing my seamstress needed to do was add a bustle. 2 out of 6 bridesmaids dresses needed altered, 1 was slightly too small and 1 was very loose around the midsection. My seamstress said that the dresses were really high quality, she would never have known they weren't from a bridal shop. We had no issues at all other than the custom size can be hit and miss, but with how much you save on the dresses, even with alterations it's still a massive saving. Delivery time wasn't too bad, about 3 weeks and I didn't have any import charges to pay. Would highly recommend!

I ordered five bridesmaid dresses and kept one of them and the quality feels good and the dress is lovely. I would say some of the neck lines of the dresses are tight which is unusual (I'm a size 10-12). My main issue with this site is the hidden returns costs so want to highlight it so people are aware before they buy. It costs nearly £20 to return items and they take a 10% restocking fee (whatever that is, no other shop does that!) so I was paying £26 just to return the dresses! I will definitely be seriously considering if I want to use this company for my own wedding next year or if it has put me off.

I would strongly advise against ordering from JJ’s House, especially if you are on a timeline for a wedding.
Unreliable Shipping
I ordered a set of bridesmaid dresses, and the site originally stated they would take a month to arrive. Two days before the end of my delivery window, the items hadn't even shipped yet. I had to follow up with customer service twice just to get them to dispatch my order. Once shipped, they took another week to arrive. If you plan to order from them, I suggest giving yourself at least a 6-month buffer.
Nightmare Return Process
Returning the dresses was an absolute nightmare. The tracking information showed my package sitting at the local depot for 3 days because JJ’s House’s warehouse simply wasn't accepting deliveries. Once the warehouse finally received it, 10 days passed without a single update or acknowledgment that my return was being processed. Even after customer service claimed it was marked as a "priority" 4 days ago, I still haven't received any follow-up or confirmation or my money back!!
Awful experience from start to finish. Do not shop here!

I have ordered 6 dresses in total from JJ’s house, the first 2 were perfect, then I placed an order for 4 dresses all the same colour from the sale section (non returnable) however when the dresses arrived 1 dress was the same colour as the 2 ordered previously and 3 were a completely different colour. I raised the issue straight away and was told they were the same colour, I responded with photos as they are clearly very 2 different colours and I’ve not had a response since. My wedding is 7 weeks away, I have 3 incorrect coloured dresses and a company that is ignoring me

I accepted them being non returnable, I didn’t accept them being the wrong colour, there is no option to attach a picture as I’d show just how different they are

Additionally, since you ordered both adult and kids' dresses, it's important to note that different styles are produced in different factories, which can also contribute to color differences.
Per our Return Policy, final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. You accepted these terms at the time of purchase, which include:

• All Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

I purchased this dress as the mother of the bride dress. It fit very well. I had to alter the sides and the length but that was it. I received lots of compliments at my daughters wedding on how beautiful the dress was.

So disappointed by this company. Ordered some try at home dresses to get an idea of the style I liked and then sent them back within 2 days of receiving. Then to be told you don’t get the £6 per dress back! Nowhere does it make this clear. £60 down the drain. I may as well have ordered the full price dress and paid the £5 return fee! So annoyed! Feel like it’s all a money making scam! Personally would avoid

I ordered the dress on 7/29/26. It was delivered to my home on 8/9/26. It was as described. I measured my child 2-3 times to make sure I got the closest size. It was a little loose, but the event won't be until Sept/Oct so it worked out perfect!
