I ordered the bumblebee mask and it doesnt work other than the lights flashing. We have changed the batterries restarted it over and over again, Sent in videos as requested to show that it doesnt work and I still cant get a refund and a retun label sent to me.

I didn’t get the item I ordered. Have informed and they said they would resolve but a month later and no contact and still am not being sent the right item. No stand provided with helmet but paid extra. Also voice control doesn’t appear to work.

I apologise for sending the helmet and stand separately. This was because the stand was designed for V.2 helmet, and it took more time to make. As you contacted us about the delivery of the stand, we've kept an eye on the shipping info, and as soon as we found that your stand was delivered on December 28th, we know you already received it. As for the problem of voice control, can you tell me more about it in email so we can help you fix it?

The mask doesn’t shut right when closing down. It also doesn’t respond to the voice commands half of the time have to repeat Jarvis multiple times before it responds. Reaching out to company.
