My MKV mask is awesome! I was well aware of the pre-order shipping situation so I was unbothered by that portion of the transaction. The helmet itself, works with voice commands, touch and remote. It looks just like the movies. People have seen my via video and ask how heavy it is because it looks real deal. When I don the mask, " I am Ironman "!

My Spiderman costume was nearly perfect. The material is high quality and the mechanical lenses look so great. Just make sure your mask has a long enough neck that comes down mine is way too short in the back and keeps coming out. I'm going to have to modify it with velcro and hopefully that helps.
Bad customer service
Ordered the iron man helmet in June 2022, we are now in September and still nothing. The communication is horrible. They sent me a UPS label 10 days ago and still shows UPS has not received the item. When I emailed them about it a few days ago, I’ve gotten zero response from them or when they do respond they say keep waiting. Doesn’t seem like a very professional company to me. A more detailed response should be given.

I apologize for the bad communication. I've tracked the package again as well as our emails once I got the review. Though it took a little bit longer(11 days), it arrived on Oct 1st, and it's still in the shipping time frame that we've promised. I know you must have been concerned about not getting it during the wait, therefore communication is important.We thank you for your suggestions, and we will provide more details in the communications!

Patience IS a virtue
Took a little while longer than anticipated but completely understandable and well worth the wait. Bought the Iron Man Mk. 5 Helmet and it was just as advertised. Fits her extremely well and the smile on her face was worth every penny.

This has been great I loved the suit. Some of the glue is coming off but the suit looks and feels amazing. I wore it for a birthday party for my nephew and he loved it and is now telling everyone how he knows Batman

Item sadly arrived with a scratch on the paint job. Attempted to get a replacement but unfortunately was refused. Was offered a $30 usd refund on a nearly $400usd product. Was going to be a gift for a employee. Product would have been amazing if not scratched, I would be careful.

mask cool but many issues
The mask is cool but breaks down every second with a different issue every time. I’ve had to solder the mask, realign gears, put the lenses back on the mask, replace broken parts etc. The mask is an awesome prop and stunning but be prepared to put in hours of maintenance making you feel like Peter Parker working on the suit. If you are a diehard Spider-Man fan then go for it but if you aren’t prepared to spend the money and still have to put in work after then look the other way.

Shipping took way too long
Shipping took way too long. 8 months. It was a Christmas gift to my grandson. At the end he had stated that it was worth the wait. The product is amazing!!!!

I ordered the Iron Man functional/motorized Helmet and boy, did I score! After spending hundreds for "models" that look good from places like Sideshow, then receiving this.....Its a no brainer that Joetoys offers the best value of functional and great looking, first class goods.
