My item was quoted to arrive in 3 months, its coming up to a year later in 2 weeks time and its just touched down in the UK. So still not with me a whole year later. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Took almost a year to get my helmet. Only until I filed a claim to get my money back did they send it.

The Ironman helmet is amazing and worth…

The Ironman helmet is amazing and worth every penny. There was an issue with delivery. Was originally told 6 months and ended up waiting nearly a year. At first I wasn't getting responses to my emails, but then I did and they explained the issues they were having and from then on kept in constant contact. Responded even when closed for their holiday.

Iron Man Helmet - 1 yr later

Whoa, all the negative reviews really had me worried. My helmet showed up yesterday (incl. 2 spare eye pieces) and it is a thing of beauty. 6 out of 5 stars for helmet itself but I knocked back overall rating due to overall delays that were not communicated to me. It took an entire year to receive and I wish that was communicated to temper my expectations.

I have not received my order. It is almost a year to the day, its Feb. 2022 I ordered in March of 2021. So I am disappointed that I have not received my product. $350.00 all I would like is my order to be completed. Thank you in advance as always.

Scam!! Never received the Iron Man helmet! Over $350 lost and no response from the company.

The helmet took a little over 9 months…

The helmet took a little over 9 months to get but did show up. The email communication did stop at one point but I did get a response and the helmet is great

Hardly received emails back. Still haven’t received my order. Overall poor customer experience and had I known that it would take almost a year to get my order I wouldn’t have order it.

Almost a year later and I still have not received my helmet…

I ordered an iron man helmet from here on February of 2021. It is currently January of 22 and I STILL have not received my helmet. I have been asking for updates every other month since June of 21 and while I get responses back they are less that forthcoming about what’s taking it so long to arrive. The best I ever got was that the paint was having problems mixing and having adhesion. It’s supposedly on its way from china but I got that notification at the beginning of December and it’s still not here. The last response from their representative I got was “be patient” when it’s been JUST ABOUT A WHOLE YEAR since I ordered. I have been trying to be understanding with the supply issues and such around the world but I was expecting this helmet before September to use in my wedding and I’m still out here without a helmet. On top of that they have not offered anything in terms of trying to make this extreme time delay better. I would expect maybe a discount or something free from the company or hell even just a refund but no such offers have been made. It’s been a ridiculous process and I’m hoping I receive my helmet in the mail before the actual 1 year anniversary of when I ordered the helmet but as it stands 11 months is still crazy.

I gave this a 2 star review due to the wait time. I ordered a product in mid to early February 2021, and here it is mid January of 2022 and I still haven’t gotten it. I gave it a 2 star due to the willingness and quick to resolve customer service, but still disappointed when I spend $300 and the quickest you can ship it is nearly a year later. If you’re trying to order something to have quickly, I don’t recommend.

My order came 4 months late which is why it’s not 5 stars. I was in contact with support the entire time and they were very informative and helpful through the whole thing!

Good Things Come To Those Who Wait

I ordered my helmet back in February 2021. I knew fully well I'd have to wait considerably for my order to be completed (page estimates 3-4 months due to order-volume). However, I did not expect such a long time and so many unexpected delays. I would have requested for a refund a long time ago in the waiting process if it weren't for the responsiveness of the customer-support team, who, in most cases, responded within a day or two. It wasn't without its faults though, as when I had completed the rest of my payment I lost all contact with the support team for several days due to an unknown investigation. But they got back to me in the end. Overall, their customer-support is very responsive compared to the small scale of the team handling the orders. Getting the helmet shipped out proved to be the most difficult thing, as I had to pay for express shipping to be able to have the item reach its destination; which was sent via FedEx. The tracking was bothersome, as you could see the delivery going back and forth between locations and sometimes even not being updated in its status for days. The helmet reached its destination few days before Christmas (making the order process a total of 10 months) and was in overall good condition, the mechanism works great. There's a tiny dent-like spot on the chin though, don't know if its from the construction process or if it's from its travels, but it's not that visible. There also was a slightly chipped painting on the back of the helmet where the removable attachment of the helmet connects with the main mask, a tiny spot, nothing big. Other than that, the helmet came unscathed. Overall, while the transaction could've been a lot smoother, Joetoys delivered the item in good condition. I would give them an extra star if their customer-support team was larger; to be able to answer at all times or if they provided more shipping services other than FedEx. Customers do not have to worry when making their order but due to the amount that's being invested, they have to be well informed by supplier. 3/5 stars

Just got my iron man helmet. and one of these eyes LEDs does not work. big disappointment.
