We purchased our trampoline about a year and a half ago. When we moved, we had to disassemble and reassemble it at the new house, and almost all the Velcro top straps broke. I reached out to customer service and within days they had sent me 12 new ones (we only needed 8!) for free, no questions asked. Excellent and quick customer service!
Jumpflex sent us a replacement safety net and outer spring cover free of charge because ours had ripped. They stand by their word!
Not only is Jumpflex a great product, but their customer service is so great! They honor their warranty and they make is very simple to get a replacement. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a trampoline. I feel at ease knowing my kids are safe while on the trampoline! Thank you Jumpflex for making a great product and having wonderful customer service.
Best customer service, best warranty, best purchase. This is the best trampoline we have ever bought, I can’t say enough good things about this!!
We found holes in our net and mat. I emailed the company and they responded within a few hours. I was amazed! They right away asked for videos and pictures of the issue, and as soon as they received it the shipped us a new mat and net. Totally free. Amazing customer service and really amazing product!!
The trampoline is phenomenal. It is so secure and the kids love it. My only complaint is how awful the instructions were to set it up. Having to redo the springs in multiple steps was dreadful. I truly would have paid for someone to have set it up for us.
I did a lot of research and we are happy with our decision to go with JumpFlex. It was as expected to put together and 2 people are necessary. The bounce is really great and it feels sturdy and safe. Thanks!
Service was excellent! Purchased a trampoline about three years ago, the net ripped contacted customer service they got a new kne out right away!

Jumpflex employees response quickly and getting my son the additional parts. His wife found the original part in their closet after receiving the new additional parts. Our whole experience with Jumpflex has been amazing and my grandsons love the trampoline.
Our safety net ripped near the zipper. We contacted jumpflex and without any questions or pictures or anything, they sent a new safety net and received it in a timely manner! Super customer friendly and made our entire experience super awesome and stress free. A great quality Trampoline at an affordable price! Would encourage anyone who is looking for great product at a great price with a great customer service experience. Jumpflex is it!
Jumpflex has excellent customer service! Our zipper broke on the net and they sent us a new net, free of charge :) Thank you so much!! I highly recommend buying a trampoline from Jumpflex!
Some of the nuts and bolts on the safety poles loosen over time. I lost some nuts and washers to the lawn like this. Replacement hardware pack arrived within days free of charge.
Great customer service. Very helpful to identify the parts I needed and get them out quickly. Thank you!
