I meant to give two stars. I purchased all the pro plugins one plugin keeps crashing my site. I tried changing PHP settings and several other things. Solutions, nothing has worked. I filled out the forms with no reply. I cannot use the $100.00, plus I paid for the software

Karla at Kadence online support was able to show me specifically what I needed to do to fix my problem and provided a screen recording so there was no ambiguity. She also referred me to the relevant online documentation.
