KadenceWP Support sorted out an issue I had really fast and efficiently. I love the product itself. I have tried numerous themes and theme builders over the years but I have settled on Kadence now. As well as the theme they have lots of very useful blocks. They are very easy to use you can build a very stylish and functional website without great technical skills.

scammer and untrusted company i have unlimited websites annual subscription for solid security pro (ithemes security pro) and they charged my creditcard and got no subsscription anymore and no support ticket answers and no ways to contact them . while security services should be 24/7 online they dont offer any support at all . be careful before dealing or buying any product from them and since they changed the brand to solid security they are cheaters scammers

The salesperson pushed me to their hosting with a lot of promises, and I foolishly listened. Do not use Stellar web Hosting; their support is slow and highly time-consuming due to a lack of phone support. When I needed to migrate, we chased emails that didn't have clear instructions for 36 hours. Then I was told I would wait for the migration to be done for another 4 days. This is not what I would call good service. I recommend using Hosting.com web-hosting, which has 24-hour phone support, with Kadence themes. Least when something goes wrong, there is someone on a phone to help you fix any hosting issues. Will still have wait for slow unproductive chat/email service on theme.

We don't work on migrations over the weekend, as our support team that offers that free service is available Monday - Friday with emergency support available on weekends. I 100% get that you needed to move fast with your migration and I hear you. All in all, I am having a great experience with Kadence. There was just one problem in the beginning, that I could not download the pro templates even everything was installed and so on. But the support team was very helpful and installed it for me. So just as a short summary: I haven’t done too much with my Website yet but the experience with the platform and the support was great.
