I inserted my information for creating a legal letter for use in traveling with my grandson, clicked the button for “create the letter,’ and then watched the program window spin for over an hour without ever producing the letter. No letter ever came. Your system did not work and I do not want to be on your system as having an account.

Templates were good, but If it is listed as free - it should be free! Like the templates but dont like that after sending a long time filling everything - have to give credit card
