The product was good

The product was good, but the emails for canceling one's account.Not having the customer's name on.It is a problem when you're trying to fight a bank.

Mai was very good to work with

Mai was very good to work with. She was helpful and courteous. She is also a good salesperson. I do not generally like to work through email, but she made it comfortable and easy. She also gave me a good deal to continue my subscription.

Document was unacceptable

Document was unacceptable. Didn't meet guidelines for the county. Couldn't personally adjust document to make it work. Complete waste of time. I could have typed it better but was just trying to save time
